I eat the salad bar often at this publix since I work across the street. Very disappointed today with spread. Decrease in salad greens than usual. But two big bins of iceberg. No meat proteins like chicken pieces or ham pieces. Half the dressing choice. No croutons. 4 big pans of pasta dish but there were 2 each of the same. Disappointed

Never have anything in stock. Every time I come here to get water they are always out of the Zephyrhills spring water sport bottles. It’s like 80% of the time, clearly they have no ability to manage their stock and inventory or restock shelves in an efficient manner. Theda when they have any zephyrhills water at all!

The employees are very focused on their work. Not a bad thing. But I did feel like a third wheel while standing in checkout waiting for them to sort out their work drama...but overall I would shop here again....

Yesterday I bought milk, ice cream and eggs there. When I got home I found the milk opened, as was the ice cream. The milk smelled like it hadn't been in the fridge for a few days. One egg in the box was broken. It seems like no one is keeping an eye on the products on the shelves.

I normally don’t have anything to say bad about Publix but for some reason this Bakery Department is horrible. I go to this Publix cause it convenient cause I live close. 1st time I ever delta with employee rude was around October 2023 the lady with brown hair gave me and kids a rude attitude over getting them cookie. 2nd was I got Red Velvet cake for my birthday in December 2023 which was horrible and stale. 3rd Time I will NEVER get bakery item from this location. I got a birthday cake last minute and the cake was horrible and stale. The gentleman that help me with the Happy Birthday on it was nice but needs more training or should have now wrote on the cake at all. I would have bought the happy birthday if I knew how bad it would look.

Watch out for the tall old man with white hair. I went in to return a few things and he almost threw a tantrum, swinging his arms around in an annoyed and aggressive manner, towards a 19 year old girl. Unacceptable behavior in any place of work, I would know since I make more money then him at 19. I don’t know what his problem is but I know he hates his life, I’m very glad to see him working at Publix at his age. More power to ya old man.

Did curbside, but they lost my order. Lied to me, said my order was going through the line. Waited 40 minutes after the false info. Rather the truth anytime over false information. And for that, one star.

Publix supermarkets provide the cleanest, friendliest, and most organized grocery stores I have ever had the pleasure of shopping in, and the Baldwin Park Publix is the flagship of their stores.
