This is the only pharmacy I will go to. The staff is AMAZING and the lead pharmacist/ pharmacy manager Miranda is one of a kind. She knows us by name and greats us with the kindest smile and always asks how my daughter is doing. We go to her for advice and she is never too busy to answer all the questions my 11 year old daughter has regarding the medications she is taking. It’s the personal experiences like this that make Publix so great. I can’t say enough good things about Miranda. We hope she never leaves this pharmacy because we will follow her wherever she goes.

I had a very poor experience with being refused service by manager MERANDA MARIE ANDREWS , license # : PS52226 , who refused to fill a prescription that I was told by her assistant manager, Julie, was in stock, yesterday at 5:55 pm. I was lied to by Meranda that Julie did not tell me that the specific prescription dosage was in stock, when Julie literally asked me "What dosage?" I said "30mg XR" and she said they have it in stock. I asked her if I could have my script sent over and she said yes, however I get a call this morning (9-ish AM) and the rude manager Meranda calls me a liar and accused me of causing a problem. The only problem is the rude and discriminatory behavior that is condoned at this pharmacy location. I have filed complaints with the supervisor and the board of pharmacy. It is unacceptable to lie to a customer because you are feeling overwhelmed with a prescription in high demand due to a shortage. The unprofessionalism is insane, I felt like I was talking to a crew member at McDonalds. Do better.

I can shop while they fill a new prescription. You can call ahead and it will be ready. If your prescriptions are refilled on a regular basis they text you to see if there are any changes. They are all helpful and knowledgeable and friendly when I have to pick up a prescription. The best thing about this pharmacy is Miranda. She always makes me leave with a smile even if I don't feel well.

The first and last time I will ever go to a Publix pharmacy. I dropped off my prescription and as a first time patient they created a new profile for me. They lady was extremely rude when questioning if I had any allergies to medication. She made it seem as I was the only person to be allergic to amoxicillin as she responded in a sarcastic voice. I was then told my prescription would be ready in one hour. About 30 mins later I received a call from the pharmacy and was told my prescription would not be filled. She accused me and my dentist of submitting a “sketchy” prescription. She was very rude on the call an told me to pick up my prescription paper. When I went back to pick up my prescription paper it was torn into pieces and given back to me in a plastic zip lock bag. I took the same prescription to CVS where the staff was friendly and I had no issues. I would NOT recommend going to this Publix pharmacy as they wasted my time, the staff was rude and most importantly they refused to fill my prescription after telling me it would ready in one hour.

Always an awful experience at this location. Long waits only to be told it was “over 10 days and the prescription was sent back”. No, it wasn’t. I have the text you sent me yesterday saying it was ready. Staff is generally rude and short mannered. I highly recommend using a different location.
