I wasn't sure where to go at first, so I picked this spot after looking up farmacias in TJ because it's close to downtown and has a parking lot/parking spaces that were convenient. They were incredibly nice to me and helped me out with everything I needed. They also speak good English which was helpful to me because I had never driven in TJ before and I was too high strung from the traffic to speak Spanish. I planned to arrive in the day time but I arrived at night and don't see as good, and my GPS went out right as I crossed the border. So needless to say, it was a nightmare of a drive.

The only thing which is really concerning to me is the bottle was for 90ct but when I arrived home to open it and see if it was sealed, it had already been opened and contained only 60ct of the medication. One reason I felt comfortable picking my medication up at a farmacia was because I know they're sealed and haven't been tampered with or replaced with anything, which really puts my mind at ease knowing that it's as safe as it gets.

Maybe it's on me for not checking the seal before I left, I thought to open it and look but figured the safest thing to do would be to wait until after the 6 hour drive home, but that's a lot to be missing considering what was paid and I'm kicking myself for not looking. I considered checking but decided against it to be sure I wouldn't have any side effects on the drive home had I decided to take any before I left. It has a tendency to make me sleepy.

Anyways, I'm hoping someone can please reach out to me and work it out I would be happy to change the review to a five because they were really friendly, helpful, and accommodating and I'm sure it was an honest mistake and I would love to come here again when these run out, which will have to be sooner than I anticipated. I was hoping that wouldn't be for a while but now it'll have to be a lot sooner. If not, I have photos I took when I opened it at home.

Edit: It was actually 60 and also 1 that had been broken in half, if that is relevant to anything.

Owner is great. She is well informed and makes great suggestions. Well stocked and goes out of her way to find the right medication. I always go here no exceptions.

Well organized and stocked however you will not want to be spending ANY extra time in the surrounding immediate area of this pharmacy because the area is rough and the Mexican police are heavily constantly patrolling the area and are corrupt.

This is a pharmacy it is next to D volada but for your medication good service and reasonable prices
