Every tine I use Carolina Compounding, my service has been wonderful. If i need to speak with someone on the phone, they are very kind and helpful. I have my prescriptions mailed to me and delivery is very quick and everything is packaged well.

They were amazing! 5 stars isn’t enough!! Such a personalized experience, I wish I could fill all my prescriptions through them. I loved that when you call them you get a person right away and that person (Kira?) knows everything about the process. When I went to pick up my prescription everyone was so warm and welcoming. Amazing experience and I would love all my pharmacy experiences to be anything like this one!

I've been using Carolina Compounding for years and have nothing but good things to say about them. They are always responsive by phone or text when I need a refill and communicate with my doctor when I need a new prescription. I always pick up my prescriptions in person, but they're happy to mail them, if that's preferred. They are friendly, professional, and organized. What more could I ask for?

I love this pharmacy! Very helpful and friendly staff. I had several questions and some concerns concerning my new prescriptions. Dr. Hamid, called and guided me right through all of my instructions and process very clearly. He explained everything to me and I was treated as if his time was mine and I was no bother to him at at any level. I am so thankful that my doctor has the relationship with this team that has the ability to tailor my medication specifically for my needs, that otherwise wouldn’t be possible. TLDR: Do NOT go to Wellness Pharmacy, go to Carolina Compounding Pharmacy!!!!

WOW, they really do deserve all 5 stars!! My doctor had initially sent in a prescription for a compounded ointment to Wellness Pharmacy in Raleigh because she said it might be cheaper than CC. Well, the first time I called Wellness I was on hold for a hot minute because none of their staff could find my Rx. I must have spoken to about 3 or 4 people. Eventually, someone told me that they hadn’t gotten my Rx in. Well, a few minutes later someone else calls me back and says the pharmacist is working on a batch right now and I can pick it up tomorrow. So the next day I drove all the way to North Raleigh from Fuquay (about a 45 minute drive). When I got there, a staff member came out and said that the ointment was on back order for 3 weeks and they’d call me when it was in stock. Well, I waited about a week before giving up and canceling the Rx, and telling my doctor to send it over to CC instead. Best decision EVER.

I called CC about 30 minutes after the doctor had sent in the Rx and they immediately said they saw it come into the system and they were working on it. A staff member got all of my info down so that I could be notified when it was ready for pickup. The Rx was ready the SAME DAY!!! No hassle or confusion. When I went to pick it up, it took me all of 5 minutes. It was about $100 for the ointment, which I don’t know if it is more expensive than Wellness or not since I never actually bought it from Wellness, but it was worth the price for the ease of service.

Wellness’ staff are clearly not trained well and have poor communication with each other. In contrast, CC is so professional and easy to use. I don’t know if I’ll ever need to use them again but I will recommend them to anyone that needs a compounded Rx!!!
