Green Park Pharmacy is an absolute gem! Their prices are a fraction of these larger pharmacies, Im finally able to afford my medication. The pharmacist here is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, he actually takes the time to answer my questions. It feels good to know there are people who still care. Highly recommend Green Park to anyone in need of pharmaceutical services

Greenway park used to be efficient and friendly, now under new management- it’s neither. I never get updates on my Rx like I’ve been told I would. I have to call and when I do I can almost never can get a hold of a person and if I’m luck to do so, they put me on hold for a ridiculous amount of time!! Today I was on hold for 12mins just for the tech to tell me my meds were ready for pick up!! I keep thinking it will get better but time after time, it hasn’t! I don’t think I’ll be using this pharmacy again. It’s really sad because I’ve been coming here for years!

Greenpark Compounding pharmacy has become a joke! Ever since the new pharmacist/GM took place in this pharmacy the quality of service is no less than mediocre. They promise and do not deliver! It’s so obvious they’re under new, extremely poor management. They actually believe their patients are clueless to the compounding rule of producing medication. Im so done with this place! And if you were smart, you’d go some where else too! Even if you have to drive a hundred miles, I’d say it’s worth it! They have that, “if you don’t like it, lump it” attitude!” That has never worked for me and it never will!” Responsibility, accountability, professionalism and Care for your patients should be first and for most!! Not giving constant excuses each time you ask for a refill! I used to be able to call for a refill and get it the same day or at the very least, the next day without all the blah, blah, blah!!!

The drug my doctor ordered for me was not ready when promised, and not delivered. It took two phone calls to remind and prod into action. Remarkably, they were not apologetic.
The second interaction dealt with the paperwork. Again, it took two emails and a prodding phone call to get the result.
Will advise my doctor to use a different provider.

Have had issues since day 1. Do not ship when promised. Not sent in ice cooler as promised either. Get confirmation that med has been delivered when it was not even shipped!!! Doing business with them only because of the med I need, but as soon as I am done with this treatment, NEVER again!!! They do not know what they are doing. One says that med has been shipped but when asked for tracking #, they find none because it was NOT SHIPPED. Very poor example of a pharmacy. This has has been happening since July!!!
