To the doctor who an advocate of euthanasia and highly recommended I put my dog down because they believed the medication we asked for wouldn't help with much.

Here's my babys update; she's eating full meals and is walking and running again.

she turned 17 this month and I'm just glad I didn't put her down when asked by you.

I have been here 3 times with different vets and none have been competent. The first vet gave my dog medications that should not be mixed, luckily they did a "quick google search" right before we were about to leave the clinic and let us know that he should not be taking certain meds together even though we had already purchased them on their recommendation. The other 2 times I had an emergency and they were not able to diagnose anything at all and simply said they had no idea what was wrong with my dog. I do not recommend, instead go to Heart of Chelsea on Eldridge.

Unbelievable service and care. After over 15 years, my lovely Jasmine went to her final resting place. The staff treated me with the most care and sympathy one can expect. They provided me with a frame of her paw print in plaster along with a beautiful poem and a tuff of her fur along with a support group brochure. I can only imagine the care a love they will provide during a wellness visit. Thank you again for all your care. I understand that with time the pain will heal and will only bring me fond memories of my beloved Jasmine. Rest in peace my little feline.

Had to take my male cat to the vet due to a urinary issue. I could not find availability for the same day near my home at any Bond Vet, but found availability at the LES location.

All I have to say, even though was way out of my way, Bond Vet no matter where, are truly amazing. Been a Bond Vet goer for over 2 years and have zero complaints.

Dr. Dabri at the LES location was a sweet and kind. He is very dedicated and knows how to explain what the issues are. Overall, the staff at this location as well were very helpful and kind.

Bond Vet on the LES NY has the best doctors and team! They have taken care of our little everything ‘Bagel’ and treat him like he’s the most special boy. Bagel likes to stop by on his way to the park for some kisses and treats. We were very lucky to have them help raise our first child.

Today 9/17/22 my baby Missy had her first appointment for a wellness check and vaccines. I was on a tight budget, so the fact that for new clients the first exam is only $25 is Awesome. She also explained the cost of any future visit, which is $125 after the first visit. All of the staff are very welcoming and helpful. When I walked in I was greeted by beautiful decor and a very sweet gentleman who attended to us as soon as we walked in. It took about five minutes for the vet assistant to come out and get us which is great timing. We went into this nice room and she complimented my little Missy with genuineness. She did the basic stuff asked the basic questions as is to be expected. She listened thoroughly to all of my questions and comments. She also gave Missy a treat before the doctor came in. Dr. Tong is super nice and gentle, he physically examined Missy and took his time. Whenever she was squirming the assistant and he would pet her to try to calm her. He answered every question I had as well as offered me information I needed to know. All around he is a pleasant Dr. After us all speaking they took Missy to another room for her shots and he also gave me a complimentary nail trimming which was a super great surprise. When they finished a nurse brought her out to me and gave me her paperwork and things to look out for since she had her shots. I really love this place because of the people. You can just really tell they really care about animals. I also got a free tote bag, hat, scarf and tennis ball.
Super important, Missy's carrier was to small and I was going to be late. I called them up and explained the situation and how I had to go buy one, she was very understanding. She informed me there is a same day reschedule fee but she would wave it for me because of my situation and would also inform the doctor as well.

Booked a telehealth appointment for Sunday 8/8 at 8:30am on Friday, received a call on Saturday saying that the telehealth vets would not be available until Tuesday. (Why was I able to book for Sunday? Mind you it’s 95 dollars for a telehealth screening vs 129 for in person, not including medication. Wonder why telehealth is suddenly not available.) Fine. I call and reschedule an appointment for the LES location and ask the representative over the phone if my $95 dollars would be applied to my $129 dollar charge- she curtly informs me that since I hadn’t joined the telehealth visit with a provider, that I wouldn’t be charged and that’s it’s only a hold. Silly me. I check my credit card today, Sunday morning, to find the initial $95 dollars had posted. I then called my bank to confirm I would in fact need a refund, much different than a hold. Cancelled my in person appointment all together and going somewhere local. Not everyone in the lower east side who loves their pets can afford to shell out double payments, scammer.

Dr. Pedersen did an amazing job today at bond vet. Great veterinarian, super nice and understanding. Walked us through everything and show us how to apply medication on our dog. He was super helpful with all our questions. He made sure we were doing alright too.
