I will recommend this pharmacy to anyone and everyone. it's one of the last pharmacies where you receive personal care. the pharmacist knows your name when you walk in they go out of their way to save you money whenever possible they are very caring and prompt I can't say enough about the service I received from this pharmacy especially compared to other pharmacies. I needed a prescription filled as an emergency after hours I called the emergency line at the pharmacy and the pharmacist actually answered in his home and set up a time for me to meet him at the drugstore and pick it up after hours you don't see this service anywhere else in the world anymore!

I have been going to formula pharmacy in Winter garden for quite a few years Shiba the pharmacist is a very nice man the owner of formula pharmacy AP he's very rude and unprofessional they also never have all your medicine you always have to go back and get partials. They are higher priced than CVS so I switched to CVS because they always have all my medicine ready and no issues. And also when you ask them to deliver which they said they delivered they always had an issue that came up either somebody went home early and nobody was there to deliver it.

Formula beats any local pharmacy. I was hesitate a year ago from Publix to a out of town mail pharmacy. The best experience. They keep my card on file and a quick call to verify and script is shipped right away to my door. They put me first on a limited script supply and I appreciate that. Love using them!

These people are so rude and unprofessional! They delivered a drug to me that was to be refrigerated and it was very warm! My co pay was$750. When I called the , they yelled at me and said it was delivered cold. I have nothing to gain by saying it was warm. This is a three month supply and I cannot afford to have compromised medicine for 90 days! Never once did they worry about the condition of my health or medicine. They screamed at me and I shook for hours, I am 73, need my meds and have never been treated like this! I cannot reorder my meds until they pick this up, get it back to them and they give me credit, it could easily be one week! I cannot order more meds until they credit my insurance and credit card. Never once did they worry or ask about me being without my medicine or offer what to do, I don’t know what I am to do. When I asked how long it would take, he Screamed at me that it would take as long as it takes.
I found my same perception $120 cheaper than them at Humana! But have to wait for these nasty unprofessional people to credit everything.
Run! If they did this to me, they will do it to you!!

I love this place! Full service Pharmacy, with a small town vibe, with friendly and efficient staff. They offer the best pricing around. They were even able to get Insurance to cover prescriptions the big retailers across the street could not. They work with the doctors to make sure I have the best healthcare possible. I highly recommend this location for service, quality, and efficiency.

I needed a compounding pharmacy to suit my needs and Formula pharmacy is definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone. They have exceptional customer service and the pharmacist will go to extreme lengths to make sure all issues and concerns are taken care of. They are truly service professionals, and i will continue returning to them for all my regular prescriptions as well.

This is the best pharmacy you can use. Their prices are unbeatable. The staff are knowledgeable and discreet. They do their best to work with you to get the most affordable prescriptions. They are never slow calling your physician for refills and always call you to let you know your scripts are filled. Hours are limited asks they aren't open on weekends. Open at 9 and closes at 6 Monday thru Friday.
