I was there for an assessment of my implant . I brought it to your attention twice that my referring doctor left you a detail note on what he needed . I was shocked that not only did you not read it , but you chose to explain my whole mouth to me . I had to interrupt you and explain what the heck I was there for . Afterwards, in a rude manner you told me to sit down in the examine chair and left me waiting for 20mins . After arriving back you touched my implant tooth and indicated all it needs is for the screw to be tighten with possible breakage if not perform properly. You didn’t offer a note for my doctor and said have a good day . Your assistant came out to the lobby and asked If I wanted one . The note indicated opposite of what we talked about . All that was said, “I need a crown replacement” Where the heck did that come from .

Luis, you really need to treat people with more finesse, respect and at least act like you care. After all customers are paying for a service you aren’t doing any favors . Hope you learn something from this and work on you .

Doctor Luis Alice is a Doctor with no integrity. He will lie to you and will not care about your well being. Went in there not knowing what my dental insurance would really covered and he recommended a surgery and I agreed. After two different surgeries and knowing that my dental would not covered he pulled out the implant and told me that the surgery did not work instead informing that it about the insurance what failed. Horrible doctor with and not integrity. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

Dr. Alicea and the staff were quick, friendly, and professional. I had all four wisdom teeth removed (I was nervous since I had never had any type of surgery before) and the anesthetic worked VERY quickly lol. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. He made very clean tooth removals and are healing quicker than expected! Thank you!! ?

This place is impossible to get ahold of. I've tried calling multiple times since yesterday. All they do is pick up and put right on hold. I've been on hold for more than 30min. I'm over it! I called my doctor for another referral to somewhere else. I'm sure the doctor is great but they need better staff to answer phones!

DR.Luis F. Alicea D.M.D. is a phenomenal Dr he is very caring and understanding and he is that way through the entire process I had 27 teeth removed and 12 dental implants put in two of which are in my cheeks and throughout the process dr. Alicea and the staff at Orofacial Dental Implant Surgery were awesome, if I needed anything all I had to do was call. I am so greatful to Orofacial Dental Implant Surgery and highly recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated like a human by people who really care.

It’s not easy to get a live person on the phone to schedule a procedure. I left a message with no return call so I called back waited on hold for over 10 mins only to be transferred to a voicemail that is full so I could not leave another message.

I went in on Monday the 15th of may and had major oral surgery, they ground down the Bone to fit my denture, all top teeth removed and left with no pain meds. I am miserable,both eyes are black and I paid them 3300 hundred dollars. I do not recommend this place to anyone.do not go there.
