This Publix is great but the pharmacy - not so much. Never a pleasant experience, no flexibility, resistant to goodrx pricing, less-than-friendly male staff, and if your script is a little unclear or ambiguous - no effort to clarify with customer or doctor; they'll just fill it and let it be your problem. Scheduled vac 12/22; they wanted me to come early; couldn't, had to cancel. Rescheduled for today and came in early. They refused to take me early though not a single person in line and 4 workers behind the counter. Reasoning: First they said something about lunch hour from 2-3, then that no immunization person was available. Um, the guy who told me he couldn't take me early was the immunization guy.

Phones ring and ring and ring. Trash. Why are all Publix pharmacies just garbage? Nasty, nasty overworked reps. Why should a trip to pick up my medication be one where I’m leaving upset and nearly in tears? Why would you employee people like this? To deal with people who are, more than likely, at their most vulnerable There’s no empathy left for the ill. Maybe there wasn’t any to begin with but, trust me, if you’d like your spirit broken, visit a Publix pharmacy.

I can't begin to tell you all the great experiences I've had at this Publix. The aisles are neatly stacked and nothing is out of place. The deli meat is fresh and tastes wonderful. What pleases me if you ask any of the staff the location of any product they know it. The foil aisle staff can immediately tell me where to find the cheese. An absolutely great place to shop.

Worst pharmacy! My wife goes here and they are always rude, LAZY and the middle aged man who answered the phones working on 06/07/2023 at 4:30pm actually hung up on my wife because she asked for his name to file a complaint about him.

Don't waste your time buying from this Publix bakery. They don't know what they are doing. I've bought several Keylime Pies and had to return them because they make them with a regular crust and not the "as advertised" gram cracker crust, it tastes horrible! Could not serve it to my guest!! Also the breads always make me feel bloated after eating them. I have no idea what they are using in the them. If you buy from any other Publix it's always better. I think they need to fire the entire bakery crew and get people in who take pride in what they are doing and follow the Publix recipes like the others do.

Horrible customer service. There is a guy that works the pharmacy hat is always rude.
