The only reason I am not giving five stars is because the nursing staff is garbage! In the almost 4 years, I have been going there. I have had a few nurses that have not been awful. I’m pretty sure that all the nurses that are about to lose their nursing license are the ones that work there. Either that or they genuinely hate their job so they treat all of the patients like garbage. I do not and have never had the same experience with the doctors. They have always been amazing and I have always had amazing care from each and every doctor. Especially my primary. Even when she was not available, I always had excellent care from every doctor that saw me. The doctors are absolutely amazing but the nursing staff is horrible.

(Pediatrics)Worst experience with the lady in the picture that does registration and another lady sitting next to her. I came in this morning to check my kids in for appointments. Neither lady greeted, said good morning, or thought to say we'll be with you in one moment or nothing. She was very rude when she asked what I needed. Then she started rambling off checking me in so fast, I cut her off and said "oh by the way good morning" still nothing. Very unprofessional being the first contact patients have with the clinic. I was very offended more so let down. My younger sister is a long time Denver Health Employee and I couldn't imagine her treating anyone that way. Not surprised though because this isn't the first time I had this experience. Positive note....Doctor's and Medical Staff are superior! I went here when I was a child and now I bring my own! There Doctor is so informative gentle and kind.

Was told my appointment was at 850 was not told to check In on the 2nd floor got here at 855 took 10mi. To check in on the 1st floor but was told oh you have to check in on the 2nd floor waited b in line but I guess I was in the pederactric line check in and was told you have to check in at a different desk waited 10min for lady to finish helping 1 girl then was told I have to sign in waited 30min before she called me and was told I'm late you have to reschedule Fix not happy at all a waste of time will be looking for another provider who takes Blue Cross Peice of shit east side health center

I have been a Denver Health OB/GYN patient for as long as I’ve been in Colorado (~3 years). I’ve been to the GYN clinics at Sam Sandos, Main Campus, and now this clinic. I have not had good experiences with providers in this specialty in the past so I’m always nervous when I need to find a new one…
The CNM I saw at this clinic, Alexis Harmon, was absolutely the BEST OB/GYN provider I have EVER had. She is not only kind & compassionate, but also VERY knowledgeable and through. She actually listened to my concerns which makes a world of difference for me given my past experiences. Thank you Alexis for all that you do! ?

I've been coming to Eastside Center since I was a little girl, and now I'm 60 years old. Never had any problems. The doctors don't stay long, especially the good doctors.

Denver health and hospital I'm not to found of. I was years ago today, but not so much. I went to walk in urgent clinic. I was billed for the emergency visit. My issue was not an emergency ?
This was April 26th, 2024. Fix the problem Denver Health Hospital !!

I'm not going to be mean about my visit here but these people are just plain rude. I was able to meet my new case manager and that was the only thing that went well. They had me wondering the halls looking for the office. I won't waste my time dealing with these people.
