I love this store and am so happy it is part of our community here in Salida! It is my go-to place to shop for gifts. The shirts are high-quality with great designs and there are all sorts of other little treasures to be found throughout the store. Great ambiance with a little bit of everything for everyone! Unique high quality gifts and apparel! My wife and I always make it a point to visit the store anytime we are in town, there is always something new and creative. I'm happy to see this small business survive an incredibly hard year+!

I wanted to love this store. It has super cute local products, but after reading all the signage around the store I felt very unwelcome. Some examples: "You bend it you buy it" by the rings, "NO pictures, it's rude! If you like it buy it!" (I usually take pics if the owner is okay with it for reviews or instagram to help promote local businesses). "You are being watched/are on camera." I left after just a few minutes. I felt like I had to walk on eggshells there were so many passive aggressive signs.

In fact several Salida shops had signs similar to this, maybe they have a big problem with theft there? “We are watching you, and we will prosecute!” “You are under surveillance.” Things like this. Kind of sad it ruins the experience and charm of the local stores. I haven’t seen signs like this in any of the other shops or towns we drove through on a several day trip or in the Denver area.

I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but the shop stood out in my mind as the one that I most likely would not return to. Even though they had adorable products and I would’ve loved to shop there.

Great store with amazing local merch focussed on equality and community. I love shopping for my 2yo niece (handmade kitty mother/child set) and my 70+yo mother (Dolly Parton socks) all in the same store. Also picked up a Beaver Society patch for my best girl.

This is by far one of my favorite local stores of any CO mountain town I've visited! Such a wide assortment of unique Colorado clothing, jewelry, cards and perfect gifts. The designs are created in shop by the owner, Farrah, who is very friendly and personable. This is a must stop at store for anyone traveling to Salida!

This is my go-to for gifts. Nearly all my friends and family have at least one Drift & Amble shirt. Recently I hired them to print a few shirts for my business. WOW. They are better than I imagined. I will be ordering many MANY more. Thanks Farrah and team!!
