It was a great experience, we had a small group, the staff very attentive with drinks and snacks provided, unsure if that was part of our package. That aside the camels are lovely and friendly and the staff informative and knowledgable.

Camels are easy to mount and do not move at a fast pace.

I confess that I was a little uncertain how I would enjoy the Alice Springs Camel tour as a ‘first’ experience, but the Camel Tracks team were amazing, with a genuine love for the Camels known by name and each with an interesting history. The easy mounting platform was excellent and my guide, ‘Tracy’ answered all my questions about these amazing creatures, making my ride on ‘Shadow’ enjoyable, comfortable and perfectly safe. The price included the hour long trek and amazing scenery, but also pick up and return from my accomodation making this worth every cent. This was one of the highlights of my stay in Alice Springs and highly recommend Pyndon Camel Tracks in your next visit.

I had a really memorable experience with this company.
They came to pick us up at our residence. The company employee was very pleasant and engaging.
The entire group of employees are very welcoming and engaging.
The ride out on the camels was really nice, calm and serene. We saw 3 kangaroos out in the bush.
If you're looking for a fast pace exciting ride. This isn't it. It's more a calm very chill, relaxing laid back ride where you can take in the nature around you.
At a halfway point we stopped and our tour guide offered to take photos for everyone. So each group of people walked away with souvenirs of photos of themselves on the camels. That was awesome!!!!
Then we headed back as the sun started to set. It was a beautiful ride.
When we got off our camels, we were greeted with snacks and drinks!!
As well, we were given the opportunity to cuddle and pet the camels! More photos ensued! There were so many favorite moments that this company gave us! I was blown away by all of it. Everything that we got to experience was included in the costs. I feel that most tour experiences would of ended after the actual camel ride. However, this company went above and beyond and it was so unexpected and thoughtful that I really felt that I got my money's worth.
I loved all of the stories of our guides told us as well, about the camels and such.
There was so much personal touch, this is what made the experience so wonderful. My day was unforgettable and it made my trip to Alice Springs something I will never forget.

My kids enjoyed the camel ride so much. Camels were so gentle that we felt safe riding on it. We even spotted 2 wild kangaroos. The view of MacDonnell Ranges was spectacular. We recommend family to try.
