I'm really disappointed with the service of the Vietnamese owner here or maybe she's a long-time employee so she's a bit bossy. I bought 15 chickens, but because there were 3 or 4 types, I got confused and instead of gently explaining, she looked annoyed, so I had to ask my sister to ask her again to make sure, and at that time the store was not crowded at all. I thought I came to buy and pay properly, I didn't ask her for anything so I deserved better service. Now there are so many chicken farms with better service and not smell bad chicken farms, I will never come back here again!

Tôi thực sự thất vọng vì cách phục vụ của bà chủ người việt nam ở đây hoặc bà ấy có thể là nhân viên làm lâu năm nên có phần hách dịch. Tôi mua 15 con gà nhưng vì có 3 loại nên tôi bị lẫn lộn, thay vì nhẹ nhàng giải thích, bà ấy tỏ vẻ khó chịu, tôi phải nhờ chị tôi hỏi lại cho chắc, và lúc đó trong tiệm không hề đông khách. Tôi nghĩ tôi đến mua và trả tiền đàng hoàng, tôi không xin bà ta điều gì nên tôi xứng đáng được phục vụ tốt hơn. Bây giờ có rất nhiều trại gà phục vụ tốt hơn và trại gà không có mùi nặng, tôi sẽ không bao giờ quay lại đây nữa!

We had a terrible experience during our first visit. The lady serving customers was extremely rude, impatient and unprofessional. Although we politely asked for assistance, she dismissed us impatiently, repeating 'next in line' as if we were not even speaking to her. The place wasn't even busy, so her behavior was completely unnecessary. Without customers, she wouldn't have a job, and her attitude was certainly not helping the business.

Bought supposed to be fresh chicken but they gave us old chicken, don’t smell fresh at all. Never come back. Don’t buy from this farm.

We have very bad experience.We are ordering chicken from them for every two weeks(restaurant) the chicken we ordering was small pieces but we are getting big size chicken we cannot even cook at all, instead of that they can give me whole chicken.I don’t know why they are doing same mistake repeatedly and coming to price I spend 140$ , it is not worth at all and experience was same again and again.If I have an option to give less than one star it will be good for my experience with them.

I have been visiting this place for more than 20 years, but today I was extremely disappointed. I brought over 15 chickens and 2 cases of eggs for my employees as a New Year's gesture. When I asked the owner if she had extra boxes to spare in order to keep my new car clean, she flatly refused, stating that it was my responsibility. Later, when I politely requested some extra bags because the chickens were not placed in handle bags, I was met with another refusal. All they offered was a single trash bag. I will definitely not be returning due to the unhelpful attitude of the owner and the lack of consideration.

Good place for fresh poultry meat including eggs and for goat meat and stomach.Good customer services too and they never waste your time

A good place to buy fresh whole chicken, goat, quail, Rabit and eggs. Need to go in earlier for rabbit, better yet call and check if available.
