I like the idea of this pharmacy.
The people are extra slow. No urgency.
Been waiting for my prescription to be filled since 2:00 pm yesterday. I called this morning to check status and the woman who answered the phone was rude and cut me off and sent me immediately to some hold message.
I am waiting on pain medicine for my throat.
I find this unacceptable.
Also, the lobby smells like piss.

I have had good experiences here, hut this time I have to say , I am very disappointed ☹️

A pharmacy conveniently located in the center of historic Eustis, FL. The store features wonderfully efficient and friendly pharmacists and lots of other essentials and gifts and souvenirs. A few chairs and a convenient restroom are available.

Bay Pharmacy is top notch!! I highly recommend it. CVS was useless when I needed a good inhaler, even tho I had a prescription for it. The staff there is very nice, polite, and so helpful.

Bay Pharmacy is MY only pharmacy. I feel as if I'm part of the family here. They know me by name, they know my daughter. Bay actually cares about YOU as a person.

Personal Service HERE .. This Ain't your Typical Walgreens and it's NO Publix or CVS either . It's a hometown pharmacy with a Special Touch . They Care , they go the whole 9 yards . They Bend , help the customer's . There's No Customer then the Pharmacy , Your 1 . Their on your side . It's like a Team . Plus shop , look around , they have all things a Pharmacy should have .Need a Vacune ,, ASK , You'll get personalized service in a private setting . A Quaint Hometown Pharmacy up on the lastest with a family kinda feeling.

Today as always when I come to Bay Pharmacy I am treated like family! I wasn’t feeling well today called to check on my RX the gentleman answered made sure my medicine was ready and he cashed me out with “the pleasure is mine” the staff is great no long lines, you are treated like family not a customer! Thanks Bay Pharmacy staff may you continue to be a blessing to each person that walks through our doors & the community.
