This is the best pharmacy In town Dan is so professional so is his team that works there. I followed him over from CVS.I will not go anywhere else. Everything is always clean, you get your medicine within 5 minutes i have never had any problems Picking up medication. I would highly recommend Manatee family pharmacy.

I love this little pharmacy! Dan Grimaldi is the owner & head pharmacist. I followed him here from the CVS next door where he treated me like gold when we were customers there a billion years ago, but he was unfairly let go (ask him, I'm sure he'll tell you the story). His revenge was to open a better pharmacy right next door and that's what he's done! His customer service is out the door, top level stuff!

It's the little CHEERS pharmacy, "Where everyone knows your name" (or we're getting there, since he's hired a couple new people). I walk in and half the time I'm greeted with, "Hello Mrs..." well, they know my real name ?. I don't even have to tell them who I am. It's so refreshing. And I don't have mess ups with my meds where they only have half an order, like Walgreen's is notorious for. No 7 minutes long, AI answering phone messages that you have to scream "PHARMACY" at 5 times in order to get to talk to anyone in the pharmacy when you call. Just push one number and you're there. Everyone who works there is polite and kind. I love this little pharmacy. ❤️ OH! And he actually warns you about your drug interactions if he sees any, like if you're Dr misses that you're taking such and such and you shouldn't take it with a new drug that's prescribed, or that it weakens the results of one of your other medications... He did that right when I switched over and I KNOW Walgreens never told me about that.

The ONLY negative thing I can say, and this is so miniscule and easy to work around for ME that I don't even think about it (except on weekends). Their hours are kind of inconvenient. They are getting better now that he's hired more people, and I totally understand and appreciate his hours... But in this day and age, people expect to be able to get their medications 7 days a week (he's closed on Sundays). And with people's crazy work hours, expectations and what they're used to now with other pharmacies being open wild hours, 9am-6pm during the week and 9am-2pm on Saturday just doesn't cut it... all the time, for everyone. There are times when I'm like, "Crap. It's Saturday afternoon and I forgot to pick up my medication. Guess I won't get it until Monday morning after 9am" (I get up at 5am, so waiting that long is crazy, especially if it's my pain medicine). It's a good thing I don't work. Other than that, I couldn't complain about ANYTHING, which is a thousand times better than any of the other pharmacies in the area! ❤️❤️

I've been coming here for years and have never had any issues with anything or anyone! All of the staff are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable and ensure each time I come in I have everything I need. Someone is usually available quickly if I have any extra questions and the owner (Dan) is a wealth of trustworthy information regarding any ailments you have. I know he spends time keeping up with any new educational subjects needed. My medications are ready in a timely manner and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes when picking up. The inside is kept immaculate and it's smells and looks super clean. There are stairs and a ramp to accommodate disabled needs. I pray they never have to close because I know I'll never get this type of service again anywhere. Literally the best pharmacy you could ever rely on in our area!

Honestly the best pharmacy you could ever go to. They work with you and your insurance to get you the best possible deal on pricing. Dan and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to make sure that you get exactly what you need in the cheapest way. You won't get this kind of care and treatment from any big chain pharmacy. Meds that would cost me hundreds of dollars through my insurance are affordable through this pharmacy. They truly care about you and getting the best for you. I recommend everyone I know to get their medications through this pharmacy because of the great care they put into helping you.
