I would really like to see a way to automate refills. I don't want to have to call in every time I run out because it's not easy to reach staff, and orders are slow to process. I noticed there is a messaging portal and i will return to provide feedback. Thank you!

Worst service ever! Their system is always down and they can never find your script. It takes them up to 14 days to refill a prescription when and if they ever find it. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
It's not even worth 1 star but it wouldn't let me post until I added at least one.

Takes forever to ship and my hrt bottles are always short so I run out and have to deal with that for a week, one time 2 weeks. Company I go thru doesn't care and blamed me. Called customer service and never got a call back.

I had to ship back 3 prescriptions because of a recall due to thier compounding lab not up to sanitary conditions per the Fl. Dept of Health. Received only 1 of the 3 prescriptions back. Refills delayed over and over again until my Rx expired. In 6 months received less than 1/2 my prescribed doseage. Will never use again.

I am not sure how this pharmacy stays open, they must own a huge market share of HRT business. They always take 7-10 days to ship my medication, they are the slowest compounding pharmacy I have ever used. I wonder why HRT clinics still use them because the one I use is awesome and the people are great and a very informed medical staff but they are so unevenly yoked with Wells Pharmacy. So sad.

I was happy to use this pharmacy in beginning but most of my patients are not reporting any improvement in their symptoms with their testosterone and estrogen pellets . Very disappointing . They just sit there and Never get absorbed . Never agin

Because the prescriptions are sent in packages-find out exactly what these guys are sending before you pay them. Don’t just expect that you’re getting your prescriptions.
