Have to agree with some negative reviewers. Overall, I’ve had a good experience with this pharmacy. As staff aren’t a monolith, most of them are amazing but one or multiple staff members (I can’t tell) were rude answering my concerns multiple times, which were kindly/genuinely expressed. The last time, my dermatologist was unreachable over the phone and they mentioned they don’t contact the doctor on behalf of client (totally understandable as a small business with limited staffing) but the person on the phone was immediately passive aggressive/unprofessional in sternly adding “if you can’t contact them, we certainly don’t have the staff to wait on a call for you” when I hadn’t even pushed a request for them to do that! I’ll also emphasize that the staff I’ve interacted with in-person have been patient and went the extra mile as the good reviews noted.

The entire staff is amazing. Dr. Z, Jenna, Aubin and the rest of the team go above and beyond to ensure their customers are not just taken care of, but that they are happy. Whether it be special ordering, finding at another location (they also have a Saline location!) or finding an alternate solution, Ann Arbor pharmacy will take care of you. They call me by name when I walk in the door, or when I call, and it just makes you feel special and cared about. Ann Arbor Pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy I have ever been to!

The American health care system can be a headache. But handling your supplements, medications, CBD oils & more for you and your loved ones doesn't have to be.

-If the CHEERS bar (where everybody knows your name) had a pharmacy, this would be it.
-If your online gaming group had a pharmacy, this would be it.
-If your quarterly girl's night group had a pharmacy, this would be it.
-If your favorite aunt who knew everything about everyone and liked to save you money had a pharmacy, this would be it.

After being burnt one too many times by corporate chain pharmacies (Rx denied, but oh well, it's not our problem to find out why, you go back and forth with them), I started looking around and found this pharmacy.

They work to make sure you understand everything about your meds, and also know the ins & outs of how to pay the best price!

Not only THAT, I've gotten so used to the price gouging of pharmacies that my Home Goods-style browsing amongst the aisles here has always kept me finding something new (check out the skin care and gifts, just saying)!

And if you are caring for a loved one - the AM/PM blister packs are a God send!

I can't rave enough about this place.

I can’t recommend this pharmacy enough! As a parent who feels like they spend too much time filling my kiddos prescriptions I so appreciate their true partnership. They have helped us navigate med shortages and are excellent communicators who go above and beyond. As a bonus their shop has such a nice vibe, smells like relaxing essential oils, and the team that works there is so friendly. It’s a night and day experience from big box stores. Plus they have easy vaccine access. Such a community asset.

Ann Arbor Pharmacy, Dr. Z and the staff are the best! So thankful for a pharmacy that actually cares if you get the correct medication in a timely manner. I'm a Saline Pharmacy (Sister store) customer, however, Ann Arbor Pharmacy happens to carry my skin care routine products (Avéne) so I shop at both locations!

My favorite thing about Saline / Ann Arbor Pharmacies is that if they don't have something, you need, they will find it, or recommend something that may be better for you. When was the last time the pharmacists an one of those other places did that for you?

They also deliver when I'm too sick to get out of the house!
