I love the staff, They are very friendly and lovable. They have helped me numerous times when I just need a shoulder too lean on and I appreciate them!!! They’re dedicated into what they were put here to do, and that’s assist with filling prescriptions and making sure patients get what they need to feel better. They also keep their refrigerator stocked with refreshing drinks and the goodies on the shelves. I love my St Joseph Pharmacy family❤️

5+ stars. I have not written a single Google review, but This team deserve to be the one. I have been going here since the beginning and they have given incredible customer service every time. They have not changed a bit, and I aspire to offer the same kind of service to my clients an their customers. I also noted that someone should point out how incredible they are on issues ranging from advice, filling prescriptions, reaching out to my medical team for clarifications, and even choosing great products for their shelves. They're generally good people. Bravo to one of the best businesses in downtown Houston, or anywhere.

My husband had to get his prescription filled for his eye surgery. He was referred by Lasik plus. The pharmacy technician kept trying to charge him for his antibiotics and anti-inflammatory eyedrops. My husband kept trying to explain to her that his primary and secondary insurance would cover the total cost of his prescriptions. She continuously said she ran the insurance and they were not going to pay. We later spoke to our insurance company and they asked what the denial code was because as far as they were concerned there should be no issue of why the medicine would not be covered at 100% . My husband called back the next day and the pharmacy tech was trying to tell him the same thing. I was in the background and reminded him of what the insurance rep’s exact words were and the pharmacy tech rudely replied “ Who is that on the background? Just get them on the phone if they are trying to talk.” I introduced myself and explained once again to properly run the insurance and provide any denial codes. Her response was “ I don’t have time for this. I am going to tell LASIKPlus to destroy your medication once it arrives at their office,” and hung up on us. This was beyond unprofessional all because she either was too lazy or not properly trained. Instead of elevating the situation she took matters into her own hands. We shouldn’t half to pay for something that the insurance agrees to pay. I have the receipt of zero dollars paid from the pharmacy that we ended up getting the prescriptions from. If your clinic sends your prescription to this pharmacy, please note that you are able to have them send your prescription to any pharmacy and it would probably be more beneficial to you to choose your regular pharmacy.

Very unprofessional staff.
Went there to pick up a package today at around 1:30. It was very hard to get there. I asked other workers to guide me to the pharmacy and they didn’t know where it was.
When I finally arrived, I asked the lady in the front if I was in the right place. She said “you can’t read the sign on the door?”
Yikes ?
I hope they treat their elderly patients better than that.

Saint Joseph pharmacy is a good pharmacy but they have a Black Pharmacist in there and it’s a lady every time I go to this pharmacy I have a problem with her she had told me that I act like I am 2 years old Because I asked her did I get prescriptions in on October 12, 2020 this lady is very mean she should not be working in the public she do not know how to talk to people and she gets smart mouthed I’m going to report her to everyone that I can
