I came in needing to transfer 3 scripts from out of state. Fernando was incredibly efficient, professional, and helpful. Found a coupon to lower my out of pocket costs, called another pharmacy who had to medicine needed, and filled the prescription all under 20 mins. Wonderful service, great staff.

Excellent pharmacy! They always keep track of preventative shots that are needed and they always find the lowest drug price whether it be through insurance or Good RX. The entire staff is pleasant and eager to help. Sometimes they may be quite busy but definitely worth the occasional wait.

I've been a customer of Publix Pharmacy at Water Tower Shoppes for over 2 years and I've have always found their staff to be nothing short of amazing. Specifically David, one of the Pharmacists, and Nicole, a Pharmacy tech are so professional, kind and always accommodating. Nicole greets me by name is so knowledgeable and David's advice and attentiveness to my meds and any reactions is so comforting to know they really care about their customers. I highly recommend this location. Thank you for always going above and beyond.

I would rather give no stars, but unfortunately not an option. I was able to book a COVID-19 vaccine appointment for this week. I was so excited since they announced that pharmacy’s were receiving them so that way more Florida residents could receive them. I filled out all the necessary information only to get a phone call this afternoon to ask if I was a healthcare worker. I told them I was not, and was then told I had no choice but to cancel my appointment. I am not complaining because I think I should receive the vaccine ahead of anyone else, particularly those who are risking their lives to be in hospitals and caring for others. I am upset that Publix does not have adequate information on their vaccine booking site to explain who they can vaccinate and who is still waiting. It was handled completely inappropriately, and I am extremely disappointed in their professionalism and business manners.

I've used the drive thru window here for a year and found the techs and pharmacists to be great. My prescription is always right and ready. I've tried the pharmacy giants which I found to be unfriendly and the prescriptions often incorrect but here at Publix I've never had a problem.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Stood in line to drop off a prescription for 10 minutes and they kept telling me they would be right with but continued to help other people who were waiting after me. I ended up leaving. Save yourself the headache and go to the CVS across the street. Much better service!
