Deplorable pharmacy. Do not opt to use them, ever. Unprofessional and completely useless. Inaccurate billing over and over, no resolutions, dishonest, inept management and owners. Zero stars if possible.

I am doing 3 stars for now as my situation is still pending and I felt this was neutral. I had money removed for my mother's final bill although I was not legally liable for her bill (we had a joint account that I facilitated her payments from to make things easy). She was in hospice and some of the medicines should not have been billed. I am in communication with the owner who expressed willingness to work on this so I am hopeful and will update outcome.

This pharmacy does not return phone calls. I left 3 messages regarding a prescription for my father and no one was able to get back to me. Hold times when you call are ridiculously long. Unfortunatley this is the pharmacy my dad's memory care community uses otherwise I would NOT be a customer. DO BETTER.

I believe this pharmacy is one of the best long term care pharmacies I have worked with. The pharmacists spend time to review each persons medication and ensure things are correct. They have very nice people that try to help you if you have a question or problem. They even come and give flu shots so you don’t have to find a place to go do that.

I have already had problems with this pharmacy and I haven't even started using them for re-packing medicines from Kaiser. Called 4 times, left phone number and message to return my call..NEVER received a return call. Not a good way to start. Finally got someone my 5th time and was told to contact facility to see contract! They are MUCH more expensive on re-packing raising the total for a year just for repack to almost $900! I was paying $540 from Omnicare .

Guardian Pharmacy is the provider where my mom was in assisted living. What a shock that a pharmacy provider in this type of facility did not accept the Medicare C plan. So not only was I grappling with the price of Assisted Living care, but paying $200-$300 per month now for her medications. Every month I had to go over the statement carefully- their totals do not always add up correctly.
The worst aspect of this company is that when my mom passed away, the final statement included charges not only up to the day she passed, but several days beyond. And my mom was on hospice the last week of her life, she had nothing by mouth but meds provided by the hospice. I paid the bill reluctantly through the day she died. I Still get a statement every month wanting the balance for charges after her death. I stand my ground.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. Unfortunately it's the pharmacy of choice for medication management at the long term care facility. In the past 2 months that my mother has used them the medications are never correct. Not a single day. My mother has received double dosing of some medications as well as missed doses of others because of how they were filled by the pharmacy. Billing is horrendous because the pharmacy refills meds before allowed with Medicare. They have also charged insurance for some meds, and at the same time charged my mother for the same medication at 3 times the cost. They are a fraudulent business, and I will be reporting them. I really don't understand how they are still in business. Maybe it's because no one has actually reported them to the state.

I totally agree with the previous reviews. This is by far the absolutely worse pharmacy I have ever dealt with. My mother is also in an assisted living community. I have that same issue. I have to call every month to correct the bill and the same issue with sending meds out of cycle where Medicare will not paid. Their carrier bought med out recently and still had part of the prescription in the car; the facility is no better where they do not have any checks and balances in place as well. I have and is pushing my mom community to allow me to manage the prescription so I can go to another pharmacy. There are other pharmacy that provide the same prepackaging and has immediate delivery. Guardian is also not an preferred pharmacy for Aetna, so we pay more. I had to pay over $300 for prescriptions because they refilled prescription out of cycle and continued to send meds while my mom was in the hospital. It took 4 months to correct the bill and then they send me an email the could not file part because it had been over 90 days. I really feel they are doing this on purpose to get full price for meds and not the insurance contract price. I am going to report they to Medicare to investigate.

I would give a zero star if I could.
