I can’t say enough good things about Anthony Brown Pharmacy! The staff is always so friendly and willing to help, even when I wait too long to refill my prescription. If they need to hear back from my doctor, they always make sure I’m covered by giving me a few pills to hold me over so I don’t end up sick. They were also able to look up my insurance information when Rite Aid said they couldn’t do it, which was a huge relief. I travel over an hour just to come to this pharmacy, and it’s worth it every time for the excellent service and care they provide.

My husband and I have gone to Anthony Brown's for about 20 years. Service has always been excellent. The pharmacists have been patient and willing to discuss concerns we've had about prescriptions. Randy has been especially helpful.

My family and I have had a history of rude service from an older woman that works/worked at this location.
Last time I was here in 2016/17 I was at a nearby resturant getting take out, since I was on foot (as the locations I needed to be were close enough to justify not taking a car), I decided to stop in for a hair band I needed for a costuming project.

As I was walking through, food box in hand, this older woman followed me the entire time, scowling. As I was looking through my choices of hairband, she got confrontational then accused me of stealing, presumably using the food box to do so. Keep in mind, she has watched me up until this point and would have seen me put an item in. I assured her that I was not stealing and offered to show her the food in the box, but she continued to be rude and went to the register.

She was my only option to cash out. She continued to be rude here as well and I left with the item I need, but a wildly unhappy customer. Since that incident, I have refused to go to this store. I would rather not have the item I need ot use an online e-commerce service than come back.

Very inconvient hours to get a flu shot when people like myself work late and work 7 days a week..walked in at 7:30 and it was empty and I was denied getting my flu shot…flu shot hours are from 10-4, disappointed seeing as I’m a loyal customer here…an exception could have been made for me to get the flu shot the pharmacist was there

NEVER returning to this pharmacy. I switched to Anthony Brown after my regular local pharmacy closed. My issue with Anthony Brown started last winter wen I needed to get a colonoscopy. I had the GI doctor send the meds to Anthony Brown. The kid at the counter was snickering when I checked out with a bowel prep. If you are in the medical field a colonoscopy should not be something that is embarrassing, nor should you make a customer feel awkward about picking up a bowel prep. Today I had the unpleasant experience of getting a text message from my mom that the pharmacy dispensed my prescription to my sister in error. I did not want my sister or any family member to be picking up any prescriptions for me. I then had to explain why a certain medication was prescribed for me. The medication was given for a benign condition, but I was horrified that the pharmacy made this error and jeopardized my privacy. It is sloppy and lazy to not check and double check the patient's FIRST AND LAST name as well as DOB and address. God forbid I was being treated for something sensitive, and my privacy was violated. I need to bring the medication given to my sister back to the pharmacy to be reversed off my insurance. (I never planned on taking this medication, but the doctor sent it to the pharmacy in case I changed my mind and wanted to start taking it). When I called Anthony Brown to alert them of their error I spoke with the HIPPA compliance person. He was very apologetic, and told me that the employee that gave my sister my medications is a new employee and will be written up and required to do more training. I was appreciative of the apology, and the effort to better train their employees, but I will not be returning to this pharmacy in the future.

Business does not require a mask for patrons to enter. Employee said, "That's baloney" when I said that Florida reported 2,000 cases per day. I like to support local business, but I'll go to Rite Aide where they require a mask to go in. Evidently the owner 'Barb" doesn't require it. Thanks Barb!

Always a pleasure to come here. Had issue and needed meds while I was out of town. I used to use this pharmacy as a kid! They were able to help me out !!
