Had a sinus infection in December and went away for Christmas. Adrianna told me if not better to call back for stronger prescription. Upon coming back home, sinuses got worse and I was exposed to covid, strep and other people with sinus infections. I called office, they prescribed me paxlovid. Took for 3 days and blood pressure jumped through the roof. Called to explain to them was getting worse and sinuses were bleeding. They told me to come in, they would meet me outside. I waited for 45 min and then the NASTY nurse praticioner Sierra, called me back to tell me she wouldn't be able to come outside and see me bc I was already being treated for covid. She never let me explain why I was there, my chief complaint wasn't covid. It was a steady bloody nose due to the horrible sinus infection plus the blood pressure issue with paxlovid. She hung up on me. When I called back the receptionist disconnected the call. Sierra then came out and told me they never received my blood work I took over a month ago! So call labcorp! Bc I was there! She also told me she wouldn't give me an exam bc I needed to come in for a well check. I tried telling her I had one scheduled, but currently being sick is priority! Full week with fever of 103. And bp sky high they made me drive half hr there and back sit for 45 min and never tested for covid or sinuses looked at! She tried to undermine my own medical degree. Six entire years and I've never met the actual Doctor, not once. But you get a fresh mouthed know it all nurse practioner that thinks she is the only one who knows medicine. When I called back, receptionist said that Sierra offered to do a test on me, which she never did. So, on top of turning away a sick patient of 6 years, and wasting my time... she also LIED in her notes. Do yourself a favor, and trust the reviews. Seek a better doctor than this shady office. They belong working in the lowest class area. Sierra, change your attitude and fix your listening skills and maybe one day you can move on up out of Sebring. Excellent Doctor very good bedside manners, knowledgeable about latest health treatments for your conditions and if he doesn't know he research it's been my primary Dr for the last 32 year's. He is a listener, he takes the time to know you and help you.

Staff overall is Friendly, but when it comes to the Quality of Care it is very poor. I was a New patient and was welcome by the front desk very nicely until it was the turn with the Nurse Practicioner that saw me. His attitude was rude, didnt even looked at me when I was explaining myself, and showed no interest. He send me to get labs done, I went to the lab next day in the morning and its been 4 days already and no one has called me with my results( the lab send the results the next day) It was for a pregnancy test so imagine if they careless that there is no interest on contacting the patient I have been the one calling constantly about them. I am talking for myself and my experience with this specific Care Provider.

The Dr's and nurses at this place are great. However, the wait times is my deciding factor for their score. Can be no patients in the building and I'll still have to wait for 30 min before being seen by a nurse or anyone once in back in a room. I have stuff to do and shouldn't have to wait for over an hour.

Going to Beltre office for more than 4 years bever had an issue was seeing Barbara and she was the best professional and very attentive with my issues Barbara left and they switched me with the wanna be DR Adriana who was so unprofessional and didn’t even gave me a chance to sit and talked to her about my issue she too it upon herself to cut my anxiety medications and knowing well aware of the side affects so i do not recommend if going to Dr: Betre to see ADRIANA!!!!!! With cardiologist referral with my health problems

This office never returned call on husband PSA results in April he had one in Feb..which was high so did another check in April and we never heard back while we were in MI we even called. when it finally showed up online it was even higher with no calls from this office. I made an appoint with urologist and come to find out he had prostate cancer. All you men out there do not trust this office when it comes to your health when your PSA is rising above 4 get an urologist. I have transfered him out of this office and got a new doctor.

I am new to the area and thought perhaps Dr Beltre would be my new primary care physician. I went over my many medical issues with whomever I spoke with, explained that as I am disabled and unable to work, I was going to pay for my first visit myself while I waited for approval of Medicaid through the state of Florida. I explained that I was trying to find a doctor as I had just moved here and my old PC doctor would be happy to speak with Dr Beltre at his convenience. I was assured that this would all work and made an appointment. When I arrived at the office, rather than greeting me, they just looked at me. I told them my name and my appointment time and they ask d for my insurance card. I explained again I was waiting for approval of Medicaid from the state but was willing to pay fair this visit after I had had a chance to spend some time with the doctor. I was handed a clipboard and told to go fill it out. I finished the paperwork and waited. I was not called so I finally asked if I could keep it to go over it with the doctor. I had been there, by then, over 45 minutes. I was told I couldn’t keep the paperwork that the receptionist needed it. At this point, I was told that I MUST pay the $140 before I saw the nurse practitioner. I stated Ithat my appointment was with Dr Beltre so that I could meet and speak to him. I was told “The days of interviewing doctors were gone and that I could only see the NP.” I explained again that I was a new patient and needed to s e the doctor who would then be my PC. I was told I could NOT see the doctor and I could not see the
NP until I paid $140. I stated that I would prefer to pay after I had the chance to speak to him. They said in a very rude way, either pay or leave. I have NEVER in my life been treated more poorly. And to top it off Dr Beltre was standing in the office the whole time and said nothing. It is quite clear money is way more important than patients well being in this office! Very disappointing!

I have been with this Dr Office for years now and I will not change I move away and I still travel over 45 mins to this Doctor office all stars for this office I am treated Wonderful greeted with warm care smiles they are always friendly . But if you walk in with out appointment they ladies at the desk do their best to get you seen by a Doctor or someone in the medical field same day and you advise you will have to wait to be schedule in which is UNDERSTANDABLE . BUT YOU ARE SEEN AND TAKEN CARE OF. to me it is foolish to ask to take your intake papers in to see the doctor these is not a job interview you do your research about the doctor on your on time . Now about payment before service is render Great they do that, that's why the front desk ask about insurance everywhere you go before you are seen , maybe they donot take your insurance you may have a copay maybe what you there for insurance donot cover its GREAT YOU KNOW PAYMENT OR COVERAGE BEFORE YOU SEEN BY THE DOCTOR PAYMENT BEFORE SERVICE If it is stated policy to pay before you are seen . FACE RULES ARE RULES YOU CANNOT CHANGE ANOTHER MAN HOUSE FOR YOUR OWN SELFISH WAY ARE YOU LET SOMEONE COME TO YOUR HOUSE AND DO THERE OWN RULES NO SO WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE ZIP IT .
