I have brought my son to many boxing gyms before, but each one not as serious as my son was about it. When I brought him here it was an instant match in energy, hardworking, determined, and mutual respect from everyone. They treated not only my son, but also me, like family, making it a home away from home. Since he’s been here he has improved immensely, in such a short time. Unlike previous gyms the coaches here, especially Sunny, take the time to have one on one drills with my son and give him advice for both in the ring and in life in general.

Would 100 percent recommend this gym surrounded by great people that I’m proud to call family great place to work out as well. Coaches are both great and supporting. If anyone is looking for a gym this gym is the place to go respect is a big thing in this gym everyone is a big family in here coaches will never let us quit on our selves and will always be there to push us no matter what. Yes family may have to be blood related but in this gym everyone is counted as family in C&F we trust. Discipline is also a big thing here coach sunny will never let us give up on ourselves great gym 10/10

This is a great gym me n my brother go here were in highschool and like were stressed out a lot so coming to the gym and working out in a great atmosphere helped us through our tests and like you would think it wouldn't like help aside from you losing weight but nah theres great people here and especially the coach, he really shapes you as a person hes also really down to earth and very east to get along with. This is the best investment of my purchases if you can afford it, it's really worth it.

C&F Boxing opened when my Print Shop opened, they were one of my first clients. Coach Sunny is a terrific person and his passion for teaching the youth of today morals and character. I wish I had a mentor like him when I was in the Boyscouts.

One night I had to drop off merchandise I made for C&F Boxing and I finally got to see the gym. I was wowed! So much space, training stations, all types of equipment, and a boxing ring! They were even making more additions. Not only Coach Sunny is clearly a great teacher, the gym has the facilities and accommodations to train anyone into a pro contender.

It's amazing to see the relentless progress and passion C&F boxing puts into the enrichment and betterment of everyone that walks in that gym. If your looking to improve yourself and your children, this is the right place to be.

This is feedback from what my daughter tells me, yes female training in this facility. She comes home wanting to keep going and not give-up as she is determined to compete in the ring. It seems coach genuinely cares about his students as he encourages them to better than yourself and be held accountable, and is constantly giving life lesson and advice . Yes, workout conditioning is intense and not for the weak, but hey that just tells you they don't mess around, and are very serious and passionate on what they do. Cant wait to see a few month progressive from today. This Facility is all about respect which is something I truly like.
Ps. that person that left a 2 star review is not true, certainly they are teaching something because my daughter comes home sore from head to toe, and in just a few days she has learned so much like foot movement and so on. Obviously you cant go straight into sparring without having stamina, strength and no type of physical endurance.

BEST GYM AROUND. I boxed at 4 different Gyms before C and F and there's no where like it. Coach Sunny and Coach Albert are not only great coaches but great mentors. C and F trains to win but also focuses on being men of character. Everyone is treated with love and respect while learning boxing at the highest level. Definitely recommend joining this Gym!!!!

I’ve been to the gym for about a week and I really enjoy it hear there’s a lot of cool people here and they will never bully you or anything like that. The coaches here push you hard and make you work hard and in the end after all the work that you put in is worth it in the end. And this place is amazing and once you sign up everyone here is brothers and sisters here and there really nice and help you get better. And it’s worth it to sign up here it’s not like other gyms and this is the best gym here in San Bernardino and I would say it’s worth it.
