Cannot say enough good things about this place. It is so valuable to be able to get your prescriptions delivered to your doorstep. In the occasions where I needed my prescriptions earlier than they were able to be delivered, Capsule chat is always super quick to respond about being able to pick up in-person. And the staff at the in-person pharmacy are ALWAYS so friendly. After being frustrated with regular pharmacies for so long, this place and its people are a breath of fresh air. Love you, Capsule!

I love Capsule Pharmacy. I found them about in 2022. I got covid in 2021, was on ventilator in a Coma, in ICU, in rehab,came home on oxygen, 3 mo. Later. Couldn't drive.My doctor suggested Capsule, & they've been there for me, bringing my Prescription to my door. I don't know what I'd do without them, especially Emily! She is awesome Customer Service. I'd recommend Capsule to friend's & family wholeheartedly..!

I cannot express how much I love this pharmacy and their delivery service. Refilling at other pharmacies was always an errand that put off, but Capsile makes it so easy! And when I moved away from Denver it was literally one of the things I was sad to leave behind. But in coming back, Capsule’’s app made the process seamless in transferring my prescriptions back to them. Their delivery people are EVERYTHING! ALWAYs on time and super friendly. Today I had Morgan and her amazingness is what prompted me to write this review. I appreciate this invaluable service and how it always makes my life easier!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Capsule!!! With three kiddos, one who is on multiple medications, trips to the pharmacy are quite a chore! Capsule has solved all that for me! Fast and
friendly service right to my front door! And I get to pick the time frame so no surprises! Hooray for Capsule!

Capsule had been awesome.

But they've missed a few deliveries, which is bad in itself (why always before I'm leaving town? We'll never know) but they don't let you know that you won't be getting your delivery until you've wasted your time off waiting for them for the entire 3 hour window.

If you can't do the work, at least be prompt letting your remaining customers know.

Other than not being well managed, their Android app doesn't really work.

Hired me threw gig smart . Went in 3 people stared at me and continued talking 5 feet away from me and didn’t acknowledge me one bit . 10 minutes go by and someone from the back comes up and goes “we dont have anybody working with your name i showed him my app and how it let me clock in and he rudely goes “thats on gig smart” when THERE THE ONE WHO CHOOSE WHO THEY HIRE ON GIGSMART THEY CONTROL IT and walked away . So i left they offered me a shift the following day . 30 minutes before start they canceled it . Day after they hired me again i went in they were ready to set me up . Then proceeded to tell me actually nevermind theres no delivers to be made as there was about 4 boxes FULL that had to go out . I was highly judged by my tattoos and appearance when all i wanted was to work .
