I've had nothing but wonderful experiences. They take 2 weeks for my script to be ready but that's fine, they're making it to order. I'm always able to get someone on the phone. I'm pleased.

I'm a new patient and my phonecall was answered quickly, Kayla answered my questions thoroughly and I was given the heads up that it would take around 2 weeks. She gave me lots of resources to track the progress of my script. They're super up front about the entire process which I appreciate!

Just spoke to a rep to try to get some questions asked concerning different compounding formulas that may help my condition, and the lady kept asking if we have your Rx, then said she couldn't here me. I spent weeks calling this place and never got a call back. My Provider asked me to call to get some info so she can decide where to send rxs. I can assure you Sherry(?) that you will not be getting any rxs from my provider.

This place is awful. I dropped my prescription off on a Friday. I tried to call them multiple times to get the status of my prescription and absolutely no one returned my calls until Thursday, almost a week later! Don’t take a prescription here if you need it urgently or want any type of customer service.

This places takes FOREVER to get anything ready. If you have any other choice, go there. Plus, difficult to get a hold of and rude staff. Alex in particular

Worst service ever. They take zero accountability for their logistics and customer service. I’ve only been using them for the past couple years out of necessity for a compounding prescription and paying $40 ish for the fastest delivery and they can’t even provide me tracking info. Rarely does the order arrive on time and I typically lose a week of the 30 day shelf life. Again, they take no accountability and they don’t care. Searching for an alternative pharmacy.

Every time I go to College pharmacy there is a problem. At least twice I have gone in for my prescription and it has not been ready for an appointment I have immediately following the pick up of my prescription. I live in Pueblo so I don’t want to make 2 trips to pick up my prescription and then another for my doctors appointment. Now I am headed back to Pueblo I had to cancel my doctors appointment. I will have to reschedule for another half day off work and make another trip to Springs. Oh yeah they just called me to tell me my prescription will be ready in 45 minutes!!!!!! Are you serious....
