The clinical services offered are very good and affordable via sliding fee scale if needed, I come here yearly for my checkup and flu shot.

The pharmacy is a great pharmacy considering the size and the volume of customers. Debra, Chelsea, Harmony, and I forget the tall gentleman's name and the short Hispanic woman's name but they're all very helpful, friendly, punctual and I'll always be grateful to I believe it was Harmony and Chelsea that were extremely nice and talkative with upbeat attitudes to me during the time when I was most depressed just wanting to be in bed due to losing my grandmother who raised me. Little things like that go a long way and you don't necessarily get that regardless of business model.

I just can’t leave a good enough review for the doctor I saw today. Dr. Michele. She was wonderful and I felt comfortable with her, and that being said, it’s rare I’m comfortable with anyone. She made me feel heard and that she cared about my health. 10/10 recommend

We've been going there for years. They are friendly and courteous. Their pharmacy is careful and up to date. They even call your home to make sure you pick-up your prescription. Their attention to detail is amazing! Their prices are better than any other pharmacy overall.

Awful place.. I'm from out of town..just moved here and established care.. FINALLY.. this office and doctor Patel never once told me to fill out a form to request my previous medical records.. want me to wait 2 months to draw blood instead of sending me to LabCorp to get it done in 2 days.. all for a referral. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND TIME AND GO TO SARASOTA OR SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Second time I have tried calling and getting an appointment for someone in my family. We’re new to the area and need a GP/family dr.

The lady that answered my first phone call told me they don’t do pediatrics. Even tho why I need a Pediatrician for my son I’m not sure!! I told her why he needs to be seen , very basic, and she said they don’t see any children. After months of looking for someone local, I tried again - BECAUSE THEY’RE WEBSITE ADVERTISES THAT THEY SEE FOR PEDIATRICS as well as a slew of different things…again front desk told me no peds!!
I asked her to double check with someone as this is per your office website!! This is in the very description and once again the service I’m doing for isn’t anything major!! Any GP could see him!!

I was hold for 8 mins when “Amber” picked up and said she needs to put me on hold as she’s with a different customer! I said, well I’ve been on hold for sometime now. Amber says “oh okay” and proceeds to hang up on me.

Not sure where their 5 star reviews are coming from.

Great place even though it means your not doing great if your here? They especially do a good job with asking about your lifestyle to better help your medical needs. This is especially important in the day and age we live because most the medical field does not care about your lifestyle but that is incredibly important for your health. That was a biggest impression that I had. The service was warm and friendly. ?

Kenan Cetin has been my Dr for nineteen years... he's like family! I won't anyone else. My only problem with the office is that it feels more like a health department than a Dr's office anymore... but the front desk girls are great, Tanya is amazing. Both Tina's, Mrs Anita are all so wonderful... I recommend this office to everyone
