Super rude girl small and african told me she could not bill my boyfriend who just got out of surgery after tracking down his wallet i went back and she said that she had already sent the prescription to kaiser where his insurance was good after he did a self pay for an extremely expensive surgery is wild then you can’t bill him but u can send without his consent? No sense sad this bad rude worker changed my entire view on today! A couple of A 1 workers were seen but disappointed in the end how can he heal ?

I'm not sure what there is much to say about a pharmacy. It's ran efficiently. When you arrive you pick a number and select if you're there for a pickup or to drop off a prescription. They're giving a number. Depending on how busy they are determines how fast you get seen. They usually have at least three or four of the six to seven windows occupied with pharmacy techs. So, generally it's not a terribly long wait. Of course if they could have all of the windows occupied with staff, especially when it starts getting filled up in the waiting area, that would it be appreciated by all.

Profoundly understaffed, hot mess. No one is available to answer the phone, long wait times, mixed messages from staff on when Rx will be available or even where it is: One of the lockers? Behind the counter? You'll find better service from a literal drug dealer on Colfax.

I feel very unsafe at this pharmacy’s waiting room, they also took a very long time to have my medicine ready so I had to stay there for more time with people who aren’t friendly.

Security was no where in sight.

This place is a hot mess, where no one takes accountability for their actions. Avoid at all costs, transfer to other pharmacies within the system (Webb or others). 30-60 minutes average wait time is just the beginning of your journey, get ready for skipping your meds and other fun adventures.
