I love this place! I have found so many perfect gifts for friends (and myself) here. I could walk around for hours and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly! Highly recommend! The photos are of a gift basket I made with some items from the shop - the tarot cards, smudging stick, incense holder and incense, peacock feathers, and the basket are all from Dragonfly. (Side note: The honey items are actually from a local store as well - The Beekeeper's Honey Boutique. It's a great place to go if you're looking for locally sourced honey.)

Had a great experience. Got gifts for kids while passing through. Girl assistant was fun and awesome. Wore a Queen t shirt. Enforced the “no touch” rule while simultaneously making the whole interaction joyous.

The worst customer service ever!! The long dark haired lady who cursed at me in front of children refused to give me her name after I asked if she could wait for my husband to drop off a card to pay for my purchases. He was 2 stores down and said he would be there within 5 minutes but she made multiple remarks to me and the other customers about wanting to close. It was 4:52 & she was beyond upset that she would have to wait a few minutes for payment. When I told her I was leaving she began to raise her voice and literally cursed at me in front of children that were in the store. The whole vibe was ? negative from the moment I walked in at 4:30. My husband and I live in TX but have a vacation home here in Salida and we will sure we never shop here again!

The Holidays are here and it's time to head back in! I love going in here, so many cool items for my house & business. Every year I can find gifts for a wide variety of people from wind chimes, wall art, incense, and I love the gemstone jewelry. They also have quite a few local artists and authors. Was incredibly disappointed by the behavior of the cashier. My fiancé and I were looking around and saw the table with the fidget dragons and picked one up, and the cashier screamed across the store put that down, can’t you see the sign that I not touch!? The sign was there but we didn’t see it because it was smaller than an index card. Entirely embarrassing and made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Other guests felt this too, as seen by their immediate departure from the store as we left after his outburst. 0/5

This place is the type of place you want and hope to have great energy, as a metaphysical store. It does not. We went in there this Saturday to buy some things and see what it had to offer. We were met with really negative energy from the employee who works there. They never greeted us (which is fine; we all have bad days) but then when we touched the gong the person murmured (without looking up) “if you break it you buy it” to which we said “ok. it’s a metal chime.” He said “it’s very expensive. If you break it you buy it.” Then when we were leaving he never looked up and goes “have the day you deserve” in a very negative and snarky tone. I asked him what he said and he even more angrily said the same thing. My friend said this is not the first time she’s been in this place with this type of interaction. It was a VERY bad experience. I will never go back in here again. I hope they can fix the vibe in there and “hope they acquire the customer output they deserve.” ✌?

Christen up front was the sweetest lady ever! The prices are very reasonable for the quality (which is amazing). Their jewelry is one of a kind and absolutely gorgeous.
