For the most part everyone is nice at this store except a female name Cindy. She Has the worst attitude and should not be employed there. I’ve been a customer of this store for 20 years, (when it was known as F&J )and I’ve never experienced a worker like her. She’s nasty and gives poor customer service. If you want your business to grow, you can’t have workers like her. I’ll possibly give my business to another police store.

I remember going to this place my whole LE career. Ever since they changed names and owners absolutely terrible. Don't have anything in the store. They need to get it together. Very disappointing. Such a shame. Used to be the go to place.

I recently visited this location & the staff were more interested in each other than selling items. It was very painful to shop there & if it wasn’t for desperation, I would have walked out of the shop.

The hardest workers were in the back sewing on patches. The front of the store felt like a HS cafeteria sans the food. Most likely won’t go back there.

My overall experience was GREAT. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and quickly engaged in a conversation with one of the workers. Junior took his time with me on finding the perfect sizes for everything I needed for the academy. Tailoring is done on the spot while you wait! The quality of the uniforms, from the shirts to the jackets, are very very high quality. You may spend a bit more $ here, but it’s definitely worth it.

F&J was a great place to shop, but now that is under new owners “Myers”, the customer service is horrible and the prices are extremely ridiculous. The staffs are rude and unprofessional, and it’s a unpleasant experience. I personally won’t be visiting back again, and won’t recommend anyone to this location. Not only did they lose a client, they are losing other customers who shared the same or worst experience.

I decided to get my class A uniform for the NYPD at F&J in hopes of getting the best quality and fit for my special day. Although their prices were higher then Brothers and P&S I decided to trust them and give them a try. Oh how I wish I didn’t! What a mistake! Where do I begin......first, they got my measurements all wrong; Pants went up way past my belly button and the shape of the jacket was horrendous.
The manager was rude, he didn’t care about my business or my graduation. He only cared about the Money that I had already paid. The tailor tried to go out of his way to fix the jacket but the manager asked him not to as if my business did not matter to him. He put me through hell to fix something they had originally messed up which is not the way to go about business.

Graduation should be a beautiful experience for everyone so save yourself the headache and get your class A uniforms elsewhere.

Ordered a specific hat with patch attached. Was told it would cost an extra $5 to afix the patch, which I had no problem with. Also ordered a pair of pants and two sets of collar brass. Got my package via standard UPS ground two days later. No hat, just the patch and a shipping charge of $25 on my receipt. Looked up UPS shipping charge for the package and it should of cost around $10.
