The fact that no one can make use of their insurance turns me off from this pharmacy altogether. I’ve met my deductible for the year and am able to get prescriptions at no cost right now. I’m not paying over $50 out-of-pocket, even though it’s affordable. That’s absurd. I’m going to ask my physician to change the script to something equally as effective.

Yall. I am crying right now. I was unable to pick up my Prescription as I thought. I was running really really low. I called to ask them to go ahead and mail it to me. I want you to know it came just now. Not only, Has their lotion helped me in so many ways. The love they have for their customers is even better if possible.

I searched 8 pharmacies before I figured out I should have just called this place first. They explained to me what a compound pharmacy was, and I was able to get my terminally ill dog the medicine he needed, that no other pharmacy could supply. I have never met such a bunch of nice, serving people as these folks. Truly felt like a family, and my dog is still doing wonderful 2 months later because of Family Pharmacy. They went WAYYY above and beyond one particular day because we forgot to order medicine in time. They accommodated us as nobody else would have. I love doing business with local places, and this place is EXACTLY why! Thank you, Family Pharmacy!

Moved here from Ohio and having a script filled. They r very helpful but have filled it incorrectly twice. Charged me to fix and I had to call back again. Please ck for accuracy when getting your scripts. If this continues will have to find another pharmacy. Ughhh

Outstanding service.I learned many important details about taking my meds that I was not aware of. I had been going to the big pharmacy's and they never told me. Also, I have to use a syringe for one med and I learned a much better needle length and size.

They really took the time to find out what I was doing and they have been a big help.

Worst pharmacy. Caught them lying about contacting/submitting a claim to my insurance. Bottom line, they don't want to deal with insurance but will tell you they do.

I got some cream from the pharmacy for pain and it works really good I live in Palm Bay Fl very satisfied with the help I got from everyone I will be ordering my cream from them and they sent it to me!
