!!!AVOID THIS POST OFFICE!!!

I handed over a prepaid tracked parcel to the horrible little man behind the counter, and because of the queue, I didn’t get a receipt. The horrible little man took it over a week ago, and since then Royal Mail says they’re ‘still expecting it,’ meaning it wasn’t even scanned in the store or at the sorting office.

When I returned to the store, the horrible little man kept claiming it could still turn up but insisted it had left the store. If it had left the store, it would have been scanned already. When I told him that, the horrible little man said I should have gotten a receipt. I replied that I trusted him to do his job and that the tracking acts as a receipt. This means the parcel never made it to the sorting office. Where did the parcel go?

I’ve spoken to Royal Mail to make a complaint, and they informed me that once I claim for the missing parcel, they’ll check if this has happened in the past at this post office. If it has, they’ll investigate. I have a few more days for the parcel to show up before I can make the claim. If it doesn’t, then I’ll be making a full complaint.

Regardless, I won’t be using this post office again because it’s run by a horrible little man who is untrustworthy.

NHS Pharmacy. The Pharmacists are always helpful and cheerful. There is a good range of medicines, vitamins and other body admin products on the shelves. You can also use the Post Office at the same time.

I have been coming here to get my children prescriptions and overall they would be very cheerful and will find that medicine however today and just now the service was poor , mood miserable and unreliable .

Worse of all the staff served me and handed my purchase forgetting to pack it .

The mood is terrible and hope it brightens up over the days . I just picked my sons prescriptikn( BWS)
