This pharmacy has the most inconsistent and rude customer care assistance I have ever dealt with. I honestly have been very unhappy with how they have handled most of my phone calls. They made me miss 3 days of a prescription because of their inability to input things correctly in the system. (aka USPS never received the package) Every time you talk on the phone with them they act as if your inquiry is the most inconvenient thing in the world. I receive inconsistent and unhelpful information regarding my prescriptions. The customer reps sound very miserable working there. It is to the point where I am notifying my dermatologist’s office to encourage breaking off the partnership with them.

They are very helpful. When I had to get a prescription that will no longer be paid by my insurance, this pharmacy could fill at a very low rate. Shipping is quick and communication is good, too. Thank you!

The pharmacist reception is very unprofessional and highly inappropriate with the way they talk to patients on the phone. I called in a prescription, and the man I spoke with was very rude raising his voice at me saying “Ma’am we don’t take your insurance ”. When I explained that they used to accept my insurance, the man kept on being very disrespectful. My dermatologist office had said that I was approved for this cream with friends and pharmacy with the help of insurance at a specific price. I expressed that , and the man was still very mean. I hung up the phone, called my dermatologist office again, then called friends and pharmacy again, the same man answered the phone , I politely asked to speak to someone else as I wasn’t about to deal with disrespect, and what seems like the “manager” was very rude as well. Since I was preapproved for the specific price of my acne cream, friends and pharmacy should honor the price. Instead of paying the regular $65 , I am expected to pay $175 for acne cream. Friends and pharmacy also never contacted me to let me know that they stopped taking my insurance as well. This company is horrible, unprofessional, and highly inconsiderate of patients concerns .

Horrible! My dermatologist sent in a prescription. Paper said Friends would call or send me a text. Two days later I had to call them. Was sent a link to a pharmacy in Texas. A few minutes later received a call saying that pharmacy couldn't ship to my state. So I needed to call a different pharmacy. That pharmacy said they had no prescription for me. Called Friends back to be told I needed to contact my physician to send the order in again. Had to wait until Monday to call my physician. Long story short, got more run around from Friends pharmacy. I had to call the other pharmacy and ask them to call Friends to send over the order. Which Friends never sent to the pharmacy they had told me to contact. We bypassed Friends altogether and had my doctor fax the order directly to the other pharmacy. Over one week wasted trying to obtain my prescription from Friends. Which means a delay in treatment. I hope after this fiasco, my doctor stops sending her prescriptions through Friends.

I would not recommend this pharmacy. I am unsure what is happening over there, but it is not a pharmacy. Medication mixed with other patients. I now have almost a two-year supply of one medication, but they will not refill the one I have been out of for a week. They tell you what you want to hear when on the phone, but they never follow through.

Put in an order almost two weeks ago, was given a date it should arrive by and it never did. Called again to see why the tracking never updated and they seemed surprised why it never did, promised a different date and of course nothing happened. Was told by my doctor that Friends Pharmacy would reach out to me but I had to call them a week after my appointment to see if they even got my prescription sent in, which they did, just never bothered to even contact me. Lady on the phone seemed bothered by me calling and just this whole experience has been frustrating. Don’t go here.

Love the fact it comes straight to my house! No waiting in line at the drug stores anymore. I get notification when to expect it so I'm home and all throughout the delivery.
