It is the worst service ever. From 4 deliveries, I was able to get 1 box. The quality of the products is excellent, however it doesn't matter if you can get them. I followed up in the app to make sure I picked up within the day, but the app doesn't update, it's always out for delivery. The delivery was always on Wednesday, and all of a sudden it changed to Tuesday, but in the app was always out for delivery. It's just too much stress. I canceled that once and for all.

The insulated bag the produce is delivered in is nice and it is great that it is delivered, but the positives end there. Only one item in our assortment came from their farm (at least that was labeled), and it was probably the lowest quality produce in the bag. The best quality was the bunch of green onions we received that came from a farm in California. Also, the peaches and pears were not tree ripe, which was something their representative used as a reason to order.

My husband and I were also upset that we did not receive the $15 discount for our first order that was promised. We signed-up for this service at the Evergreen State Fair and it was not explained well that we needed to customize our order to receive the discount, which is what we were told when we called. Instead of apologizing that this was not explained better to is and offering to give us a refund they didn't seem to care. We then told them we were cancelling and have no intention of ever signing up again, and they did nothing to try to keep us or help us to think that they cared at all about their customers.

Also, when looking at the difference between their "Seed" and "Sprout" boxes, it looks like they normally just add a small watermelon to the larger box and like 2 other pieces of fruit and consider that good.

Just received my first order and missing 4 items that I'd ordered. I emailed them but haven't heard back - let's see if this is a smooth resolution. Side note - the pea shoots I ordered although fresh looking, were smashed at the bottom of the box with a bunch of heavy items stacked on top (cabbage, cauliflower, potatoes). Please be more mindful as you're packing the boxes!

We've been using Full Circle for several months now and really enjoy the service. A few concerns that have surfaced were imported produce (Mexico) and over-ripened produce. Overall we're happy with the service and will continue. Their grocery selection is also great and we like trying the meat selection they have.

Full Circle farms is essentially a grocery delivery service, as they compile their products from farms and companies from all over the place. I’m not sure if anything I received in my 4 boxes was actually grown at their farm.

The good aspects of the service: convenient delivery and an easy to manage online system.

Bad aspects: The box is indeed customizable, but produce options are limited and change week to week. So it can’t truly function as a replacement for produce grocery shopping. The value is not good for the amount of produce received. I could get more at the most expensive swanky grocery stores or local co-ops, and WAY more at farmers markets without the middleman.

But here was the kicker: the quality is AVERAGE AT BEST. Vegetable freshness and taste was good, generally on par with high quality organic produce at stores (probably because it’s the same products) but fruit quality was quite bad. Smashed rotten bananas, browning apples and avocados and squishy citrus. Fruits from very far away that I would be very selective of in stores.

Sorry, not worth it. I do assume as the growing season approaches more will be grown at their farm, but I’m not convinced. Stick to actual CSAs and farmers markets!

I've been signed up with Full Circle Farms for 4 weeks now and have loved every item in my orders. It's easy to substitute produce that I don't want and even shop for extra things to add. I feel the prices for extra herbs and specialty items are very similar to our local grocery chains and well worth the expense considering we save a trip to the store. The service is excellent, I thought one of my deliveries went missing (just delivered a bit late) and they offered to refund the charge without hesitation...but we didn't end up needing to do that. We have forced ourselves to eat more vegetables and come up with new meals to try. Feeling healthier by the week! Go #fullcirclefarms !!

Something feels sketchy about Full Circle; definitely not for us. For instance, it's not clear where the product is coming from, unlike fruit and vegetables from a local CSA. "Farms up and down the coast" is the explanation given, but with apparently no way of knowing for sure. We signed up for a trial on the sales rep's pledge of a $15 initial credit on our $32 trial box of produce. When the box arrived, it contained a single head of lettuce, a smallish bunch of kale, some cilantro, one onion, 2 bulk beets, 1 tiny winter squash, 2 oranges, 4 apples, and 2 pears; maybe $16 of produce on a good day. Overall the mix and quality were average, clearly below the standards of numerous local co-ops, and definitely not worth $32 for the box!! When we called to pay for our short-lived experience and extract ourselves from this scheme, it became obvious that there were hurdles to jump through to obtain our trial discount. Apparently, the fine print explained that we'd receive the discount on our first "customized" box of produce. This wasn't made obvious. After a bit of arm wrestling, the customer service rep agreed to honor the credit. Buyer beware. This feels like an overly expensive distribution scheme cooked up by a couple recent biz school graduates.

(In response to the owner's recent comment - It is hard to imagine that the enormous markup on the produce ($32 subscription price for produce worth about $16) in your boxes is necessary to pay for growing, harvesting, packing and delivering. Grocery stores, co-ops and other CSU's incur these same costs indirectly but don't charge nearly this much. Can you demonstrate that this huge premium is actually going to support the "sustainable jobs for our family of employees" as you claim. Is their income twice as high as on other farms? Are their benefits twice as good? How are the jobs made more "sustainable" by these cost premiums? These are big claims that sound great, but there is no evidence that this is anything more than overly expensive produce supporting a business concept. Also, it would be helpful if you provided specific information about the "other like-minded, organic farms and specialty artisans" you reference. Thanks.)

I just got my first full circle order. It came in a nice insulted bag.
I ordered garden variety that should feed 3-5 people approximately 30-40 serving.
This is misleading. The bag I will not feed 2 adults for a week about 14 serving. It is not possible to have 30-40 serving out of the bag I got unless you are a toddler. and I am not over eater. I watch carefully what I eat.
It promised fresh local produce. Most of the produce came in my bag came from Mexico.
As far as my geography goes, Mexico is still a foreign country.

Full circle advertises, the order is customizable. However, there aren't much option to customize, unless you want to pay extra.

I am disappointed and will cancel my subscription.
