What a great pharmacy. They are very understanding and kind. The service they offer for pickup and delivery is above and beyond what I have been use to. Just fantastic and helpful. I highly recommend.

The worst customer service. Front attendant that name starts with a "J" provided 5 different excuses on why she was rude to my elderly parent over the phone. I contact the Pharmacy today answering a message left on my parent voicemail. She continue to assure that there was a balance, and then reply is an error of the system, but she did not agree with and will call back after verifying with some system department. I have personally and previously visit the pharmacy in person to take care of such amount due and the person at the front desk told there was NO BALANCE DUE in the system. This "J" person needs to be retrained or obtain some better Customer Service skills. When you call a Pharmacy dealing with medications it should be a pleasant experience full of empathy and understanding of what the patience needs to understand as upon Doctors indication. Also, as I requested to speak to the owner and I was told the owner has retired and there is no one in charge or above her. This is very hard to believe. If your don't mind rude treatment this is your pharmacy.

This place is not committed to servicing it patients. My medication couldn't be filled because it's on back order. They said they would let me know when it arrives. I Have gone 2 months without my medication. I call to inquiry and they say they can fill my medication, completely ignoring my question when I asked WHEN did the medication arrive. I live on the opposite side of town, closer to their Lake Mary location. They have always had courier to take the meds to lake mary. now they want me to drive almost an hour out my way to pick up a medication they failed to fill. I do not recommend them. In fact the ONLY reason I continue using them is because I have no other choice. But the minute that changes, they will lose me as a customer.

Have been using this pharmacy for a few years now without any problems. The pharmacist and the two sisters are always a pleasure to interact with. They offer FREE delivery which is nice for those who work or can't physically make it in to pickup their prescription. That's something you can't get from a big chain. EVERY PHARMACY screws the pooch sometimes especially big ones. So the complaints in this thread mean nothing ESPECIALLY when CVS and WALGREENS have thousands of them and if you came in everyday they wouldn't remember your name let alone your face ! This one I visit monthly and I am always greeted with a smile. Everytime I come they don't even ask they just pick up my bag and walk to register! I highly recommend this place

EDIT: the day this scenario happens I was told they would send the right medication, I called today and was told they did not send it. No one called me to tel me they aren’t sending it. THEY MESS this up and we are continually getting screwed. Do not use this pharmacy. I bet they took the medication they ran through my sons insurance for themselves. They do not follow legal policies when filling controlled substances, I highly recommend going somewhere else. Maybe somewhere that practices honesty.

We have been using this pharmacy for one of my children. This month they screwed the pooch. They called me 1 time on a Saturday to try and confirm the address NOTHING ELSE I still have the voicemail as proof. Without receiving a call back from me they mailed out my sons controlled substance medication. They mailed it WITHOUT confirming our ADDRESS, his DOB, his NAME, or the DOSAGE CHANGE . That’s ILLEGAL! I asked the women on the phone why they changed their process(before they used the script from the appointment from the month prior/ they’re a month behind essentially) she said they tried to call, that I didn’t answer and this is what they do. They called 1 TIME ON A SATURDAY!

I have called his insurance and informed them of this illegal practice, I also informed his doctors office. He has the wrong dose this month! WE ARE DISCONTINUING USE OF THIS PHARMACY, I recommend you do the same. Who knows what other illegal practices they are up to.
