I visited the pharmacy to get a facial mask for my daughter. They had to order ir for the following day since they had no stock. They said the minimum quantity to order would be two units; so did I.
They charged me 25 pounds for both; and on the following day I got there to look for them.
My daughter showed me that in amazon or ebay that same mask is 2 pounds; so i felt they overcharged the price. I made a claim by wtsp messages and they NEVER RESPONDED.
I had to go there because I wanted them to know that what they did was abussive and unhonest.
They didn’t care at all….

Just felt that I needed to write a review to advise customers that they would be better off going to Boots as two packets of antihistamines and some antibacterial hand wipes for the handbag came to £37 !! ?

Beware of unethical overcharging. I was prescribed magnesium tablets by my doctor. I visited this pharmacy to buy the magnesium tablets and other items on the prescription. The pharmacist tried to sell me other products they have in the pharmacy, claiming that if I buy them I will not need some of the items on the prescription. I politely declined and requested for the prescribed items.

He told me that they sell "organic" magnesium and he charged me £69.99. The brand he sold me is Oxford Origins 120 capsules. After I went home and looked the price up, I could see the same brand of magnesium sold on Amazon for either £11.95 for 120 capsules or £18.95 for 240 capsules. This means he charged me an extra £58 for no reason, just to make unethical profit for himself.

I attach the receipt but had to redact other items due to confidentiality. However, most likely, I was also overcharged for the other items.

Do not buy any products from them.

Never thought I'd be leaving a review about a pharmacy but they deserve it. Super friendly and helpful, which is much appreciated . Communicated with me as soon as they got my prescription to offer me several payment as well as pickup/delivery options. Really loved the flexibility -- they really care about their customers.

They are a rip off! They charge thousands of pounds for fertility meds and they don‘t even give syringes with it! How can you inject Gonal without a syringe?! Crooks. They take your money and they do not care afterwords. I had to look in other pharmacies and waste my time. For this price syringes must be included!

I had an amazing experience at hayatt pharmacy! The staff were extremely polite and helpful. I only came in for one particular service however I was pleased with the hospitality as a whole. I left with many products at good price aswell.I would highly recommend going to this pharmacy.
