I’ve had a very positive experience during my time shopping at this pharmacy. One of the employees were very helpful in recommending some amazing products to help with my issues. The customer service was spectacular. Definitely recommend and would come again.

Terrible Experience - Overpriced and Unprofessional!

I am beyond disappointed with Life Pharmacy in Knightsbridge. Firstly, I was completely ripped off. I bought eye drops that should have cost £12, but they charged me an outrageous £25. That’s more than double the price! To make things worse, when I consulted with my doctor, I found out that they had given me the wrong product entirely.

When I tried to return the item the very next day, they refused to take it back. The staff was shockingly rude, especially the pharmacist. Instead of listening and addressing the issue, they were dismissive and condescending. This is unacceptable service for any pharmacy, let alone one in Knightsbridge.

If you value your money and good customer service, I would strongly advise against ever stepping foot in this place. Avoid at all costs!

I was looking for a last minute Covid test and this place was not only taking walk-ins, but also it was the cheapest place I've found.
The staff was very friendly, kind, fast, careful, efficient, attentive, clean, helpful. I don't have enough words to thank you their customer service.They really care about its customers.
Also, test results comes in 24hs via email.

I must say, the service I have received in this pharmacy is a absolutely wonderful. The first time I thought it was just the staff member that was great, but I have been back several times now and everytime the experience gets better. And all their staff are incredibly helpful and are very knowledgeable about their products. I highly recommend you visit this Health and Beauty Boutique, for both medicines and beauty products. 5 stars all around for Life Pharmacy Knightsbridge, and many thumbs up ?.
