When you move out of state it’s always a struggle to find a good local pharmacy & this is the best I’ve found since moving to Tampa. I love the small town pharmacy vibe (reminds me of from back home) & the people are so nice & so helpful and have given me the best prices possible on my prescriptions as I wait on my insurance to kick it at my new job. I highly recommend everyone to Mango/Bender pharmacy. They sure helped me out after my recent move and couldn’t ask for better customer service! Thanks guys!

Horrible customer service. No rudeness, but due to incompetence it took a month to fill my prescription. A telemed service referred my prescription to Mango Pharmacy, and Mango texted me asking me to call. I called Mango to arrange for payment. The rep found my prescription and told me the cost was $336. This was over twice the amount the medication normally costs, so I held off on payment. A few days later I contacted Mango to pay, but the rep said my prescription was not in their system, and that he would call me back (which he never did). Texts to Mango were also not responded to. After waiting several weeks for a response to my texts I called them again. This time the rep found my prescription and told me the cost was $288. This was still an inflated price, but $48 less than the initial price I was quoted. I paid as I needed the medication. But due to the poor service the prescription was not filled until a month after the telemed doctor provided it to Mango.

This pharmacy is no good, they don't care about their customers at all, I have been going to this place for over a year to fill my scripts, but since my job requires me to travel out of state to work, they just told me they will no longer fill my scripts because of me being out of town and not being able to see my doctor every month. Do not go here, they can careless about people and their health and whether they need their medication or not. Also the pharmacist is very rude. I repeat do not do business with these people

Go somewhere else. These people talked to me rudely because of the type of prescription i had and my doctor writing it for a little earlier than a month like the insurance likes. My doctor wrote it that way on purpose and told me to fill it early. So i told them to just call the doctor because i dont need their negative distrustful bs. I waited while they "called" and eventually they came back and told me they called him and could fill it in 5 days. The next day i happened to talk to my doctor and they had never called him. They just straight up lied. Then to make it worse, on the day before the 5 days was up, near the end of the day, they called and let me know they had never ordered the medicine and it would be several days more. Long story short, do not trust anything they say. End of the story, my wife just took the prescription to CVS where they are not as shady and just filled the prescription. If you are thinking about going here, do yourself a favor and just go to CVS instead.

Thankful this place could fill a prescription for me, but I’ve never spoken to a more rude pharmacist for no reason in my life. I’ve been out with covid for 6 days, and I was finally able to get some medicine from an online doctor who had this pharmacy fill that prescription. There was a misunderstanding with my method of payment over the phone so I called to correct it, and the male pharmacist (don’t know his name) told me off about how I should’ve done xyz and he doesn’t have time for this because he’s so busy with covid. Only thing I could say was “are you really giving me flak right now?” To which he responded “yes I’m serious!!” and continued on his rant. Pretty blown away considering my situation and the fact I wasn’t rude to him in any way leading up to this. Even my friend who picked up the medicine for me texted me separately saying how rude and distasteful this guy was. One stop shop for some great medicine and a tasteless argument.

Wow, I cannot say enough good things about the Benzer in Seffner. I had a problem with my physician's office where they dragged their feet and were apparently stuck in the 90's because they cannot send electronic prescriptions. For reference, FREE CLINICS can send prescriptions electronically. Anyway, the ever-so patient and caring Jackie at this location offered to have someone pick up the hard copy of my prescription and drive it down to their location (30 mins away) even though the issue was not even Benzer's. Guess what? The Dr's office screwed up once more. Benzer's best efforts were thwarted by an incompetent staff at a doctor's office, which, sadly, shows just how awful this physician's office truly is. Despite all of this, after I made arrangements to pick up the Rx, Jackie even had the kindness to ask if I'd "be okay" without my medication for another day and tried her best to make sure I would not go without. Since this was not even a "hard" medication, this shows MAJOR dedication in what this pharmacy does - care for each of their patients no matter how many or what kind of prescriptions they fill. Oh, did I mention they also deliver for free? What's not to love? 10 stars if I could!

Absolutely terrible service. I called in a compounding prescription to the Mango location, and later received a call that it was ready for pickup. I was not told that I had to go to a different location to pick it up, and wasted an hour driving to and from the Mango location in traffic. To make it worse, when I called they stated they had told me the location for pickup, which was not accurate, and they did not try to do anything to make it right, like next day delivery or a discount. Instead, they tried to make excuses and blame it on me. I will not do business with them in the future.
