The worst customer service I've ever seen!
They sent me a broken pen that I couldn't use and when I asked them for a refund they said I had to return the pen!
It's been 2 months since I sent the pen back and still haven't got my refund!
Such a waste of money and time!
I see people gave 5 stars!
So imagine if this thing happened to you!
They do not give your money back and you waste your money!

Needed a prescription on a Sunday while staying in London for the weekend. Rang several that said on Google they were open but in actual fact were not. Finally found my London pharmacy…they answered the phone! And we’re super helpful… went down to collect the prescription and they were friendly empathetic and efficient. Even offered a courier service and advice on another issue we had. Highly recommend them…. Holiday back on track!

I was extremely pleased with their service. In fact when we couldn’t find the test we emailed them and they gave us the tracking information and we found the test had been delivered to a neighbor who had forgotten to notify us. I’d give them a top rating.

Great service, the pharmacist helped me a lot! my eye was swollen for no specific reason and had no clear infection, he gave me the correct the meds for them and within one day my eye was much better! He deserves a great rating.

I was unable to get a GP appointment and had a recurring issue that is easily treatable with the right medication. I was able to select my normal medication with ease after completing a form. The medication arrived within a few days. I was well informed about the delivery and would definitely recommend. A great option when we're unable to get an appointment with our GP in today's climate. Would advise using only if your ailment is something you've had before. All new conditions should be properly assessed.
