Out of all of all of the pharmacies this one is by far the best. The people are great, hard working, attentive, and the customer service is on point. They strive to provide the best customer service and what is best about them is that if they don’t have something available they do their best to make it so. They are a retail/compounding pharmacy, so they are unique in the sense that they can make natural medicines ranging from hormone therapy and pain relief creams. Not to mention the sterile lab, that can create special medications that no one else has. It’s a great place, they strive for the community, and best of all they are not owned by corporations only looking to gain for themselves.

I always have a wonderful experience at Myerlee Pharmacy and I can't help but share my positive review.
The level of professionalism displayed by the staff was truly impressive. They were attentive, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met.
The customer service at Myerlee Pharmacy was exceptional. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt warmly welcomed and valued as a customer. The staff was friendly, patient, and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions.
What really stood out to me was the extensive knowledge possessed by the team at Myerlee Pharmacy. They were well-informed about a wide range of medications and treatments, and were always willing to educate me about my prescriptions. They took the time to explain the purpose of each medication and provided helpful tips on how to take them properly.

Overall, I highly recommend Myerlee Pharmacy for their professionalism, outstanding customer service, and their dedication to educating their customers. It's refreshing to find a pharmacy that truly cares about their clients and goes the extra mile to ensure their well-being.

I was referred by my PCP for a prescription. I called Monday and was told I’d have to pay upfront before Rx would be filled and it would be ready the next day- Tuesday after 3 pm.
I called Tuesday morning to confirm Rx pickup after 3pm.
I was assured and I’d also receive a phone call when it could be picked up.

I was called at 5pm alerting that Rx was ready and it could be picked up Wednesday because they close at 5:30.

I quickly told my PCP that this is NOT the place for me. No way!

WOW. What kind family-like staff--all the staff. All creative and stunningly smart. I have 60 books and medical journal solutions, but these wise, eager learning and hard-working master compounding pharmacists teach me at least one pearl every week. Sometimes five lessons. I have been a practicing physician 33 years. So what they teach is never routine.
I have worked with many compounding pharmacists. But these are the best.

Where do I even start with this highly unfortunate experience? This is by far one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful encounters we have ever experienced since having moved to Southwest Florida ten year ago. This was a direct conversation we had not only with a medical professional, but with the owner(Jeff) who prides himself for having served the community for decades.

I called early in the morning, requesting information about a certain medication on behalf of the provider at our clinic. As soon as I called, I was quickly transferred to the pharmacist. I politely introduced myself to Jeff(owner), explaining to him my inquiry. He immediately and disrespectfully interrupted me, questioning the authenticity of my phone call and claiming that he had never heard of our clinic, which is a locally owned family business. All his responses to our questions were short, 1 line responses, as if we were not worth a second of his time.

We nonetheless maintained our composure and calmly continued our inquiry. When we asked him about the dosage/strength/price of the medication, he abruptly interjected, accusing us of haggling and wasting his time, upon which, he simply hung up the phone.

It was at that point that we decided to submit a review about our personal experience with this pharmacy(specifically with Jeff), to let everyone know how we were mistreated.
Jeff, we are a simple family owned clinic happily serving our clients. We have never seen nor met you in person. We do not know what we did to be mistreated by you in this manner. We sincerely hope you are able to reflect upon your unprofessional conduct towards us and develop a sense of awareness and understanding from this unfortunate experience so that no one else is mistreated by you. Thank you.

This is probably the best pharmacy I have ever been in! They explained everything to me and looked up all the necessary information about the prescription for my dog! Suzette is the pharmacist, and she is top notch!

Very rude pharm tech when I called to check on a new script. She wouldn’t even let me explain why I was calling and just assumed because she thinks she recognizes my name that I was calling about the same thing. I know they are getting a lot of calls but telling me not to call when my doctor asked me to call, is ridiculous!

I NEVER leave reviews. Ever. But the pharmacy staff is straight up rude. Talked over me when I had very simple questions. Every person I spoke to was confused. Liz and Shaunda, yes, you were being rude. Incredibly unprofessional.
