A lovely store with fresh, assorted quality produce, as well as baked goods and special pieces of pottery and other crafts. The hummus & spinach dip were simple and flavorful--I pretty much finished those in the car. Next time I'll take home soup; I hear chicken soup will soon be available. I bought 7 glass Christmas ornaments for our tree--they are filled with dried wild flowers. How creative!! I kept going back for "just one more ornament" as I remembered people on my list, while munching on the delicious food in the car. It was something out of a Charlie Chaplin or Mr. Bean movie. The lady at the register was patient and helpful.

I visited here recently and was so impressed. The quality of the produce was top notch (their blackberry jam is AMAZING!) and we had beautiful service from the woman in the shop. We paid and headed to our car only to realize we ran out of milk for our son. I went back in the shop to ask if I could buy a small jug and because I was holding my son’s zippy cup, she offered milk from their staff fridge for him. While I was happy to pay for a gallon of milk, I was so struck by the kindness of her to give me that at no cost - this is a gesture we don’t experience in service these days so it bears a mention. I’m so pleased with my visit here and recommend it. I’ll be back for the pre-made meals and soups in autumn!

My new favorite place ? Just moved in to the neighborhood and I’m sooo happy to have such a beautiful local farm shop! It’s truly a gem. I’ve picked up some lovely things for my new space and I’ll be back for more! I can’t wait to try the quiche! Such lovely people who obviously put their whole heart into what they are creating. Highly recommend, and whenever I have family or friends out I will be bringing them by for sure!

What a find! Another hidden gem on Long Island! If it weren't for a special magazine that Newsday published on 01/29/23, we never would have heard of Rexer Family Farm. Such fresh produce and baked goods. Can't wait to try everything we bought. The owner (we didn't catch her name) is so lovely. We will definitely be back again. Hopefully next time she will have the chicken pot pie available. ?
