I love that they deliver my vitamins and prescription drugs. They are very helpful and friendly ?. They remember my refills, and they fill them on time. Highly recommend this pharmacy for all your RXs.
Handicap ♿️ parking is available.
After they get your prescriptions, they fill them and deliver them the next day. Very professional and efficient. Makes my life easier, one less errand to run.

I'm worried for health. I had a thyroidectomy 1 month ago. I requested refills for my thyroid medication a few days ago. On Friday I called RiteMed & was told they will deliver them on Monday. But I didn't get them. I chose RiteMed because of the delivery services they offer. I appreciate it bcuz I don't have a car & I take the bus to & from work. I don't have enough travel time to make it to the pharmacy and they closed on weekends. Please if you get this message on time. Search my name. Call me. It's been 2 days since I taken my meds.i been trying to call and no answer. Help
**09/23/24 - I’m updating my review because I wasn’t able to submit a new one. I’m incredibly frustrated and deeply disappointed with RiteMed. Back in August, my doctor (who I also work for) prescribed Vitamin D and Levothyroxine. Unfortunately, I couldn’t afford my insurance for August, so I didn’t pick up the medications at that time. After paying for my insurance in September, I asked my medical assistant to resend the prescriptions, which she did on 09/13/24. By Thursday, 09/19/24, I still hadn’t heard from the pharmacy, so I called to check. They confirmed both medications were ready, and I asked if they could be delivered. The representative said yes, but it would be the next day, Friday, 09/20/24. I waited, but no medications were delivered. On Monday, 09/23/24, I had an appointment nearby, so I stopped by the pharmacy to ask about the medications. Assuming they weren’t there because of the promised delivery on Friday, I mentioned this to the staff. After calling the delivery person, it became clear that she had not done her job and had kept my medications over the weekend. I then saw the staff hurriedly refill the medications while still on the phone with the delivery person. The excuse given was that the medications had been returned because they were from August, but that wasn’t true. Someone at RiteMed dropped the ball, and I’ve had enough. I’ll be spreading the word and switching to a new pharmacy.

I had my doctor send my prescription to this pharmacy because it is close to my home. I asked the clerk was my prescription there and gave him my information. He said no. Unfortunately, my doctor had sent it to the RiteMed store on Michigan Avenue in Kissimmee so I had her transfer it back to this RiteMed on Cypress Parkway in Poinciana. When I went back into the store to get it after talking with my doctor the pharmacist asked the clerk had I been there before or had other prescriptions filled there because of the medication type and he told her no. She then came out from the back and looked me up and down and went back to the back area and told him to tell me that she didn’t have the medication that I wanted. I had waited an hour and a half for the transfer. These people were very nasty to me and I believe that they are racist as well. They didn’t offer to check another store or order it for me or anything. It was obvious that they didn’t want to serve me. Being black American, me and my family have been treated very nasty by the Hispanic and white community in Poinciana, Fl. since moving there several months ago. It’s very sad and disappointing.

Ritemed is the best pharmacy by far. I have been to big chain pharmacies and have been so dissatisfied with service--Being made to wait hours, sometimes days for my prescriptions to be filled etc.but with Ritemed they are always efficient with filling my medications, they will deliver if need be, and they even give free vitamins and asprins. They treat you like family.
