Shoppers Drug Mart - Brampton, Ontario

I visited this store to purchase perfumes and Moisturizers. To my surprise i found a few items already opened and resealed. The Photo below Shows the half empty Bottle put on sale. Some other liquids and Lotions are not at the same level. The quantity differs at the surface level of the same sets Now we have to ensure the items are not pilfered before purchasing and leaving the store especially when the prices have increased.

I just went there with a list of 15 things I needed, while there, there was a bunch of things listed as sale so I bought them even though I was not planning to. I do self check out and realize that one of the item I thought was going to sale of 9.99 but was charged 19.99 for. I inquire about the item and the cashier insisted it was a error. Then I thought let me check the other sale items. Of course I was charged full price for all the sale items. They they expect me to point out all the sale item things and have to re do my groceries. The female at the cash was rude and especially since I caught them lying about the one item, when in fact, the sale ended the night before and no one pulled down the sale tags. I was in a rush and flustered so I havr them all the groceries back to go out away. Do your job!!!!!

I went to Walmart instead.

I brought an item back to return. The white lady at the makeup counter had a rude demeanour throughout the whole process, not a smile or greeting. She said I couldn’t return the item as it was used though I never used it. I understand some items are used and tested by teens I see it all the time so that may have been the case and Shoppers drug mart should know that by now and not accuse people of trying to return used items. That issue was fine itself and I honestly wouldn’t have left this review, but the employee's rude demeanor, especially when she later giggled with colleagues, was disappointing. As someone who works in customer service, I know that everyone has off days, but this behavior was unprofessional.

I picked up some medicines and there was no one at the front counter. I waited for a few minutes and then walked in one of the aisle and told the staff I wanted to check out. The staff (blonde hair and glasses) was incredible rude and told me to go ring the bell. I went to the front counter and guess what There was NO BELL. I waited for a few minutes and left. The staff could care less about serving the customers in the store and was busy restocking rather than calling for help. Pathetic service!

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this store. The supervisor, Navjot, and cosmetic Specialist N were incredibly rude and completely unwilling to listen to my concerns. Despite the clear 30-day return policy for products purchased from Shoppers Drug Mart stores, they adamantly refused to accept my return. They were also aggressive and unhelpful throughout the interaction.

I tried to explain that the item I wanted to return was well within the return period and that it was purchased from a Shoppers Drug Mart store, which should have been sufficient for a return according to the policy. However, they disregarded my explanation and insisted that I return the item to the original store where it was purchased, which is highly inconvenient and impractical.

Their tone was insulting and their behavior was completely unacceptable. It's incredibly disappointing to receive such treatment as a customer who has always valued shopping at Shoppers DrugMart store.

#Worst staff…… really worst customer service.
I visited this shopper on 22 August,24 and ask for help at least twice but no one gives any response. The staff was busy in their own personal gossips and did not borher to answer my enquiry. I really felt disrespected and left from there without buying anything. I will never visit this branch of shoppers

The pharmacy plays around with people's health! I was lied about them sending the refill request to the doctor. I made the request 4 days ago and so far nothing.... when asked they blamed the doctors office for not responding. When asked for the dates in which the request was sent to the doctors I was given dates that were prior to my request.... They are psychics?! I called the doctor and they never received any request. Not the first time I experience issues with them ... they gave my prescription to a family member without any authorization from me, just because they saw that the address matched! - good thing that I got the medication from my relative, but needless to say it shouldn't of happen.

Common practice to sell gift cards that have already been cashed - if this is a recurring issue keep them behind the counter! We are trying to reclaim $220 on a bogus LuluLemon card purchased here and they refuse to accept responsibility- new mom doesn't get the gift intended for her and the store knows it is happening! Another EPIC fail by the Weston oligarchy!
