Zero communication, randomly changing price and shipping incorrect medication.

July 2024, I was told my medication was on back order for “3” weeks. My doctor ordered the medication from a different pharmacy but suddenly Southend discovered they had availability. They shipped me the medication and I immediately started experiencing serious medical issues. I had to discontinue the medication and seek medical attention. It took several weeks and the threat of a lawsuit, a bad review and getting my credit card company involved before Southend refunded the cost of the medicine.

August 2024 they shipped me my regular monthly meds. The order had always been for a three month supply ($300) with a $30 shipping charge each month. I received my normal $300 charge on my credit card for the three month dose (just like my April charges), but then I didn’t receive my September dose. My doctor reached out to them and they hit my credit card with another $350 charge. I called Southend to find out why I was being charged when I had paid them $300 in August. They said the medicine had went up to $350 PER MONTH! There was zero communication or notice that they had changed their pricing. They tried to blame my doctor. My doctor has no control over THEIR pricing! They canceled my September order and didn’t ship me anything but did reverse the $350 charge. They still owe me TWO months of medicine. They refuse to ship September and October meds or reverse the $200 over charge from August. The medicine was $100 per month plus a $30 shipping charge for each two subsequent months. I am now out two months of meds and $200!

I want my money refunded! I have sent them multiple emails and phone calls with zero communication!
