Love that regardless of my mood the group at the Pearland DENTAL clinic always put a smile on my face! So refreshing to have a team of professionals that can laugh with you while taking great care of their patients. Truly appreciate that everyone seems to enjoy what they are doing!! Marcey a Dr Badawi did my teeth today the wait was kind of long which is unusual bc usually I’m taken straight back. but my teeth are now fixed and look amazing! Great team work! Marcey has walked my husband through a journey as well. Thanks for your amazing staff, team, prices God bless you all! I also want to thank the two extra ladies working in the front checking every ones appointments they where really kind and caring as well

I was there on Saturday with a several ear infection she recommended only ear drops, I did told her that I was already taking Amox 500 she stated that continues with the medicine. Stead of telling me that I need to stop it and prescribe me something for the ear infection Dr. Lucia Tran only spend no more than 5 minutes with me did not even had the courtesy to explain to me about Amox she stead told me is up to you, I very disappointed with her not providing me the corrected diagnosis, I had go to the ER Monday the had to do steroids and IV antibiotics.

Even the doctor at the Hospital told me that she should have tell me to stop Amox since my ear infection was severed and prescribed me the correct meds.

This clinic here never wants to see people face to face. I was misdiagnosed on a virtual call. And because I had covid symptoms they would see me. Even after my test was negative. Today I tried to get another appointment for a follow up and yet again because I have covid symptoms they can’t see me. Since when is drainage in the back of your throat a symptom? Y’all just need to realize covid is here to stay. And people are getting misdiagnosed through virtual visits SMDH

I have been waiting well over a month for results from colon cancer test. I was told 10 days to get results. Every time i call, i get excuses then promises to call me back. They have yet to return any phone calls. The last time i called i was told maybe they lost my test n i might have to retake but they were going to call me back next day. No call call backs. Today i was told they couldn't find results n would call back by 5pm No call back, again. I want to know where to file an official complaint.
