I attended this pharmacy as I was referred for blood tests by Medefer. It was the first time for me at this pharmacy. I was greeted warmly by Lana the phlebotomist who put me straight at ease, as I struggle with anxiety and use a motorised wheelchair. She was extremely helpful and took the time to listen to me as I have a voice impairment and talk with a painful whisper. She didn't make me feel awkward/uncomfortable at all ,as most people do when they can't hear me clearly they start looking and/or treating me differently. Lana is a happy person with a beautiful character and it is often quite hard to come across in medical settings nowadays unfortunately. She commenced with blood tests always checking if I was alright and was very professional. As I am a patient with quite a complex medical history and have difficult veins, despite all the efforts Lana went to it was not possible to draw my bloods, she even called in another lovely colleague to try, but my veins were just not co operating that morning despite their best efforts. Lana remained calm and professional at all times and even told me that she would be more than happy for me to come back and try again after few days to give the veins a rest. She assured me that she would email Medefer to update them which she did shortly after I left the pharmacy. I then returned today and once again Lana welcomed me with her beautiful smile and put me at ease straight away. Today was a great day because my veins finally produced blood all thanks to Lana. She is a wonderful ambassador to Warwick Pharmacy and an asset to the company. Lana deserves a good bonus because she gives her 100% and accepts challenges like myself with a huge smile and amazing
attitude ! Warwick Pharmacy please give
this hard worker of yours a raise, she truly deserves it! Thank you Lana once again, you are truly a hero and I pray your hands continue with good health so you can help so many more people, because I don't know what us ill people would do without people like you!!!!

Whilst we were visiting London, we Called in here in February to get an NHS prescription filled. Staff were very friendly & helpful but unfortunately did not have the item I needed. HOWEVER the pharmacist contacted another nearby pharmacy & sent a "runner" to collect the item I needed. Excellent service & very grateful.
