Horrible place wouldn’t recommend, they have you sitting there for over an hour just to be seen. Then as it is the receptionist doesn’t know how to contact the right place as I have been waiting over 3 weeks for her to contact a place to make an appointment in which she called the wrong place. It has just been a mess and would recommend to go else where.

I waited over an hour to get into my appointment. Then waited 30 minutes in the room. Dr. Cook came into the room stayed for not even a minute. He then gave me a prescription for my eyes which I was there for my thumb nail. When I picked up my prescription the pharmacist said he has never had an eye prescription ordered for a thumb nail… sooo after waiting 2 and half months to get into Dr. Cook’s office. I will now be scheduling an appointment at another Dermatologist Office.

Horrible service. If you have appointment there, please plan your day accordingly because you will have to wait at least 1-2 hour outside before they call you in. Later more wait for the doctor. OMG i just cant believe. If you cant handle that many patients than please don't schedule that many appointments.

I had my first appointment with Dr Cook today. I had to wait approximately 40 min. but that’s normal. Everyone in the office was very nice and friendly. Dr Cook was great, he solved my problem and while doing so he was informative, helpful and friendly.

I waited more than an hour and a half for both of my appointments. When Dr Cook finally came in, he half heartedly apologized for the wait, didn't explain the procedure, and just told me to care for it like I did last time. Him and his staff give no information to you. It was very discouraging and unprofessional and I will not be going back.

Worse dr ever. I took my wife there to get some skin tags looked at. All he did was tell her to buy some oil at phamarcy which was unhelpful. The huge bill I expected but went there for expert advice not snake oil

I been seeing Dr. Cook for over 2 years! My psoriasis was getting worse because he did not prescribe me a good medicine. My insurance has a co pay of 135.00 and they did not allow me to schedule an appointment anymore! Every appointment I had with him, never ever looked in to my problem, just asking me, he never even looked at my affected skin. Most of the time they all failed to coordinate with my med insurance. I got wrong medication which made my jaw swell, I m so happy that I found Dr. Crowley of Bakersfield, the minute and first visit he right away recommended lights treatments. My 3rd session cleared my elbow and ears. I still have 4 weeks to it and hoping my psoriasis on my legs and scalp will clear.

Every visit requires a 45+ minute wait. Why does the office even take appointments? This office has no respect for their patients' time. When you actually see the doctor, he provides a curt and cursory evaluation. Additionally, the staff left me alone in a room with all of their patients' names and notes up on the computer screen (couldn't even lock the computer). This violates the physical safeguards outlined in health privacy laws and made me concerned for my own health privacy. Bottom line: best to avoid this office if you care about your time or privacy.
