Well, they did it again! Always have my back, even during a hurricane! I ran out of a med, due to Milton and medical offices closing down. They came through like a trooper and saved my sanity! LoL! I can't THANK them enough! The pharmacist AND technicians, in my opinion, are the best of the best! Keep up the fantastic service! !!! Most greatly appreciated!!!

This Pharmacy has gotten pretty bad. They barely answer the phone. The communication/customer service is terrible when it comes to prescriptions that should be filled but are not. One too many times they have not filled a prescription submitted by the medical office or have not filled a refill and fail to communicate why. If I ever do get someone on the phone they lie that they tried to reach me via numerous means. Yet, they have no issues getting a hold of me to inquire about any prescription that they decide to fill.

They arrive early but open late. Poor attitude. Need 30 minutes to do anything with zero customers waiting. You'll get faster and nicer service from the large chain stores on every corner, even with a line of people the other stores can fill a script in 10 minutes.

Here I am a year later trying to get a price, on hold for 20 minutes. I'll go elsewhere again, can't imagine why anyone continues to be treated this way.

Another year later and my last four prescriptions were not run through my insurance. They did not inform me of this, they did not ask if I had insurance, they did not have permission to change my account to some cash discount card that I never provided or asked for. I've had the same insurance for 17 years and they have disregarded it and started charging me as a cash payer with no insurance. And now they won't refund unless I physically go back with the prescriptions. I'll be sure to cough my germs on all of you in the process.

I'm not sure what's going on with this store. I have been shopping there for a few years and in the last 6 monthsit's gotten extremely poor in customer service. And the manager of course is always apologetic but nothing gets better. Today I experienced a very racist encounter with customer service. She treated the lady in front of me completely different than she treated me. The lady happened to be the same skin color as she was. I hope that that was not the reason she was so rude to me but that's what it felt like. I had barely walked in the store when the young lady started barking orders to me of where to put my cart that she thought I was just leaving there. I had just walked in the store. This is only one example of the rude employees in their store. I have had experiences prior in the last few weeks with rude employees, and most of them have been very young kids. We will not be using Publix for a while to see. If possibly things get better or maybe a change in management will make things better. Because it seems he does not have control of his stobe. Also canceling our instacart because it is linked to that store .

This place has the absolute worst wait times for medications out of all the pharmacy I’ve tried. First off they don’t even let you wait for you medications most of the time saying they’re too busy even if you come if with an emergency and need your meds. On top of that if you were already waiting on your meds for however long they quoted you and come to get it, then they’re like it’s not ready yet you’ll have to wait another 20-25 minutes and it just keeps going on like this. They always say they’re too busy and never show that they care about their patients or conditions. I’ve worked at a pharmacy myself so while I know it gets pretty busy and hectic, it doesn’t take 30 minutes to an hour to slap a sticker on a medicine package and have it verified by your pharmacist, they could do better than that atleast for a waiting patient in need of their meds. This is absolutely unacceptable and I’m done with this pharmacy after encountering the same exact issue time and time again.

3 times I have filled prescriptions for my kids at this pharmacy and all bad experiences, but today's is the last one. Today, waited 27 mins to get to the window with 3 cars in front of me. My prescription that was sent by pediatrician yesterday at 345pm, wasn't ready at 535pm today so I waited 25 mins at the window for them to prepare/mix the medication. When medication is ready, they tell me my daughter changed plans, they don't take new plan and medication is $186. I didn't want to pay as our plan is taken at any other pharmacy but I was upset at the wasted time and they told me they are doing the best they can lol I'm sure they can do better. I started picking up my prescriptions at Publix because I been living close by for 5 years and continued going to CVS which is not as closed. However, I prefer to drive and extra .3 miles instead of going through all this trouble with 2 kids and a newborn in the car. This review is only for pharmacy, the grocery store is great.

Excellent pharmacy staff! Everyone is very courteous. They have always filled my prescriptions quickly and usually have my medication in stock and ready within an hour or two.
