The self help registers at Albertsons in Rancho are having a melt down with cash purchases. Felt bad for the cashier Maria. She was so apologetics and sweet. She had to ring us up at her standing station.

Her manger who appeared so bothered and put out that he had to come and assist her. Not once acknowledging us. A couple asked him a question and he put his hand up to “hush” them. ?

I bit my tongue and just observed and silently prayed for him. Whatever he has going on at work, home or within himself was written all over his face and attitude.

He definitely needs PTO time and prayer.

Albertsons/Vons is the only store chain to continue carrying Pomegranate arils! Ralph's stopped stocking them & Smart & Final haven't carried them at all. Albertsons/Vons has a better selection of frozen and canned foods. A bit more expensive but when I can't find something at Ralph's, I go to Albertsons and find it every time!!

The key to avoiding the hectic lines is to come early in the morning and you have the whole store to yourself. Please I love me some peace and quite, the only thing you can hear is music in the store.

Customer service leaves much to be desired at this location.

The short Hispanic woman with orange hair at the deli counter is incredibly rude and snarky. She didn't let me finish my question and then she kept saying, "I don't know, I don't know" when I asked her follow-up question. If you "don't know" get training, and while you're at it get some customer service training because it's badly needed.

There are always problems with the self-checkout kiosks and the employees there are also rude and clearly stressed out. The kiosks malfunction constantly and customers have to wait for the employees to put in their code so the customers may pay and leave.

The only reason I keep coming back is because the produce is great.

I went to the floral department today to just buy flowers for my friends birthday. Mo helped me and went above and beyond my expectations with the most well put together flower arrangement. She suggested balloons, a candle, gift card and candy. I loved her customer service and her wonderful attitude ❤️ Thank you Mo, you are the best!

Store is huge, compared to where I used to shop. I shop here because I can find products that I can't find elsewhere. I like the butcher shop; I can buy the quantity I need, which is usually less than what's offered to the public. The staff there are friendly and helpful.
The produce department has many offerings. The staff there are friendly and extremely helpful. They will stop what they're doing to help find what you need.
Checkers and bagging folks are friendly and helpful. My major issue with the store is its size. I have to walk a lot and, I don't walk so well
