I usually have a great customer service experience whenever I come to fill my prescription. There is one younger lady that I think could be a little bit nicer, she is probably newer & still learning.

They offered to help me and there are very few companies that will do that in my experience. The last two times I’ve gotten my prescription refilled there, it’s taken them a week. They say it takes 3 to 4 business days. The first time, they apologized. This last time, I called in my refill on a Sunday and when it wasn’t ready by the following Friday, they tried to convince me that it had not been 3 to 4 business days and that it would be ready on Monday, a week later. They were then very rude and gave me serious attitude when I tried to argue with them that 3 to 4 business days would mean that it should be done by Thursday or Friday at the latest.

This is the most awesome pharmacy I have ever experienced. The staff is very very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I needed a difficult to find prescription filled and they were fantastic. The pharmacist immediately researched the prescription I needed and stated it would be ready in a few days. The very next time I needed the same medication, the wait time was only one day. Pencol Pharmacy on Colorado Blvd. gets my highest review !!!

Our office has enjoyed working with Pencol for years. Their products are always compounded with the upmost attention to detail and care. Our patients receive their orders promptly and I can even pick up orders if I'm in a bind. I miss Tony but Sherree has done a great job of taking over for him. Prices are the best!

They do not respect their customer's time and there is no sense of urgency when it comes to filling the prescriptions. They also get an attitude when you call to see when the prescription will be ready. I'm thinking of going back to wedgewood, I just liked using a local company but not if they can't get the prescription filled in a reasonable time. They even told me to request the refill at least a week in advance but clearly that's not enough time either.

I would prefer to give them zero starts. The hours are inadequate. I have paid for my pet Rx and never received it. This includes the shipping fee. Return calls are automated so you can't get any support from the staff. I will never use this pharmacy again and would NEVER recommend it to someone else. If you love your pet, go elsewhere.
