This facility has Some of the worst service I have ever received. I had a 7 am pickup scheduled for my company, I arrive at 710. The clerk tells me to give them a couple of minutes to get our order together. I tell her ok and proceed to now wait on them. After about 15 minutes of waiting and still no word on the status of my order, I politely ask the clerk if it will be much longer. She proceeds to give me a lengthy list of excuses, none of which really interest me, as to why they are taking as long as they are and struggling to keep their promised appointment time. I take a step back to take the pressure off of them and remain patient. After 45 minutes of waiting they finally load up 5/6s of my order into my car but leave my trunk open as they still need to bring out 1 more box. By this time it is coming up on 8 am and the community shoppers are rolling in creating a crowd that I was trying to avoid by scheduling an earlier pickup. I allow them extra time to complete my order but am really beginning to lose my patience. At this point I see several staff members lolly/gagging, idly standing by, and putting their focus (the ones who are working) into the customers and clients who arrive after I did rather than working to get me out of there. It does not feel that they are overwhelmed but are merely slacking off which makes me wonder how genuine the long wait time truly was. After another 25 minutes of waiting (for a cumulative total of approximately 75 minutes of my life) the original clerk comes out, turns extremely condescending and tells me that they shorted my order and that I was free to leave following the moment she left the trunk of my car open with only part of my order inside. Her service was no less than abysmal, careless, and rude and showed blatant (BLATANT) disregard for my time spent waiting on her. Her communication skills do not merit a customer service position and she was not working to get me on the road nor to timely fulfill assisting her client. I resent the service of the staff on duty, resent the amount of time they made me wait, resent how unapologetic they were. Management needs to do a better job of putting capable and efficient employees on duty at this facility.
